Absolutely delicious! I ate today for the first time from Southside. I was amazed at how good it was. They honored a special request and my wife picked up our pork tenderloin sandwhichs, fries and onion rings.Mmmmmm....it's a square meal for a square deal. The price was right and it was very filling - they give you a generous portion. You can't beat the price or the value! I highly recommend it to anyone!Pastor Ashley BeagleVisalia Baptist Church

I get the charging a little more for the "convenience" factor but $5.49 for an 8ct can of biscuits holy cow, I won't be back.

Sometimes the bakery that supplies them donuts will, from time to time, slip in a batch of old donuts. Like today for example. Since its Monday it makes you wonder just when they were made. Friday? I have no idea. And they have a woman who works as a cashier who can't help but overshare. I mean all you want to do is get your stuff and go but she wants to tell you about all of her health problems, how she just got out of the hospital, etc, etc, etc. So inappropriate. Someone needs to get her to knock that off.

Great for what it is! An old-fashioned deli/convience store. Little bit of everything in case you run out. Can even find dairy and frozen items in case you run out of cheese or eggs but not a ton of selection or variety because it's made for just that. If you run out. It is right across the street from our home so it is SUPER convenient and even has warm breakfast biscuits and croissants on the weekends in addition to a deli counter with sandwiches and deli meat! We often get egg salad or pasta salad there. Very nostalgic from growing up in the country. :)

The woman who owns this store doesn't deserve your patronage. She treats her employees like garbage. They have unique and nasty names for her behind her back. They even let people have things for free because they hate her. She's crude and rude.The prices are all jacked up. The selection is ok. If you're desperate cause it's the only minimart around go for it but I would look for an alternative.
