I love Pet Wants. We save on vet bills and I believe its the food. I also had a friend convert to pet wants whose cat was on steroids and had severe stomach issues for over a year. After 3 months the kitty is being weined off steroids and bowel issues are 90% resolved

Amazing service and friendly staff. The food helped saved my cats life ! My cats will not eat other food if I put it out for them. They prefer pet wants !

I happened to be in the area and thought I’d check out the store. I had my Chihuahua with me. These folks were so nice! I got some dog food samples and decided to even have my dog bathed and had her nails trimmed. I’m writing this 3 days later, and my dog STILL smells awesome!! Will return!!

My fur baby Rosco absolutely loves the Lamb and Brown Rice for dogs. Not to forget about the delicious bully sticks too! His obsession with them is too cute. His trigger word for them is "stick?" And he goes bezerk for it! ? Thank you PetWants for keeping my Rosco ?

Products are fine, staff is friendly, but it smells horribly of ammonia/cat urine. When I asked about it, they said their basement flooded, and didn’t seem to concerned for the smell, almost like they couldn’t smell it. Run an air purifier? Light a candle? Please, anything!

Retail shop is closed! The young man that said he was the manager was VERY rude. My mother and I went there for cat treats and we didn't know exactly what they were and he told us to look through the window and tell him. No! Unfortunately we will NOT return to this location again!

We have lots of dogs, and one (of our two) 17-year-old pups recently suffered a seizure, so I haven't wanted to leave him alone. During this time, we found out our pup's regular food (Earthborn Holistic Primitive Natural) was involved in a recall, so desperate to find a new, healthy food for them without having to wait much time to get it, I looked up Pet Wants. I had heard great things about them and had been wanting to try them anyway. I was really pleased with the ingredient list of one of their foods, and it was similar(ish) to our last food. I was mistakenly under the impression the food would arrive a day earlier than it was set to, and when I realized my mistake, I was frantic. I called them, and within a couple of hours, they had delivered my food. Our pups all tried it and loved it. We will be sticking to them from here on out.
