We just bought our Subaru Outback and James was amazing! He listened to our needs and wants and we were able to find our perfect SUV. He even went out of his way to grab us a car to look at, even though it wasn’t the one we went with! 10/10 recommend him for all your car needs!

Jason Malone and Morgan Thomas, along with others I came in contact with, treated me better than I deserved to be for being a first time Customer. The trip from Indianapolis was well worth the drive. I will have no problem referring others to the Fort Thomas dealership

Sales person was as helpful as he could be I think, but the price of a used car increased $2000 on the website from one day to the next (even after we were texted the lower price of the car that morning) and they would not honor the quoted price from their own AI texting/marketing program.
The car was not clean, a brake light was not working, and the pulse brake which they said was "already installed" and was added to the price of the car above the list price (surprise!) "could not be declined." In fact it was not installed. My son had to take the car back to the dealership later (at our inconvenience) and after 2 days the brake light was still not fixed and the pulse brake was added.
They had time to photograph and list the car, but not time to make sure it was in working order or clean.
I feel very foolish for letting my son buy this car, taken advantage of, and very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Deiona always takes great care of me in the service department.I drive 90 miles round trip for an oil change but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
