We have been patrons at this bank for sometime and have credit cards with Chase.We have several accounts and due to keeping up balances we don't have fees. We did some restructuring and now fees, fees, fees. I have been chasing fees since, even though Joe told me I wouldn't be. Well he was wrong and when I tried to get follow up help I was directed to Jackie. Jackie took off a couple fees but here I am again being charged fees when Ive been told I wouldn't be. Then I just went through an account he and I use to transfer funds between one another and I just saw a 35$ fee. I'm not happy about it but Im not going to hassle these overworked employees as I will just amp up my efforts to get keep get him to leave this awful bank, that iconstantly needs to be watched due to distrustful or untrained/misinformed/lazy employees. It will take him time to leave but he has started talking about it with all our/my issues... I'm In the process of transferring all mine to navy federal. I've Had them for the last 9 months and not one lie. Not one fee. Not one employee saying they fixed something only for me to have to deal with another employee, on multiple months going forward. This is one establishment I look forward to leaving behind all the hidden/lied about fees. Such better banks out there without the lying/misinformed employees.I HATE changing banks as it's a large hassle ---who doesn't?.... My advice is DONT GO INTO THIS ONE...so you don't have to look at the future and changing a bank due to months and months of fees and complaints and lies and employees passing on to others....
