“I have used Heartland bank for 13 years, primarily use the Ft Thomas branch and I can’t say enough how great this location and banking experience has been. Always super helpful, I’ve never had to wait in line and they know me when I walk in door which is something you don’t get with major banks. If you are local you will be hard pressed to find a more personable banking experience.”

“Allows for mixed bills at the ATM (which means you don’t need to break a larger bill to give a smaller bill to church). Also, excellent tellers when doing drive thru (but since having direct deposit on all sources of income, I almost never do drive thru teller anymore).”
