“It is great to be back after feeling a little under the weather and losing my internet for awhile. I have been helping my dad run some errands lately and have been to this branch several times recently. I can not tell you anything about the interest rate they pay on savings accounts or CD's or many of their other services. My dad has a checking and savings account with U.S. Bank. What I can tell you is about the atmosphere and the service at this nice little Bank in Ft. Thomas. When my dad enters the branch he receives a warm and friendly greeting of "hello Mr. Meier." There is a Christmas tree in the lobby and my dad is waited on within a minute or so. His last transaction included both putting in money and getting a certified check for a family gift. It was completed quickly and concluded with "happy holidays." On a table in the lobby there is always a bowl of hard candy that I can not resist. This time of the year they have holiday trivia questions. Did you know that the song "Sleigh Ride" was written as a Thanksgiving song. I suggest that you check out this branch for friendly financial and banking services.”
