Working with Steph and her team (Mary Beth) was one of the best decisions I have made. I had talked to multiple lenders but never really felt comfortable until I got introduced to Steph. The whole process went so smoothly. As a first time home buyer I hardly knew anything about the intricate details that were involved but Steph and Mary Beth were there to answer questions, explain everything, and most importantly, made me feel that I was important. If you are in a position like I was, a first time home buyer with little to no knowledge of what the mortgage process involves, just go with Steph and her team and I promise you won't regret it.

The home buying process was easier than I had hoped with Steph and her team. I had weekly updates, I was contacted immediately whenever there was a change, and the closing itself took less than half an hour with my ability to esign some docs ahead of time.I am also enjoying my complimentary Homebot subscription which is keeping a close eye on my homes re-sell value and equity.I work for a home lending company that is VERY competitive in this area and I still shopped around for rates and terms. It was important to me that my home closing costs were low - Steph made MY priority HER priority. That speaks volumes. I highly recommend Steph and her team.

This is the second time that we have used Stephanie and her team! And both times they did amazing! Very easy to work with and fast getting things done! When we needed a property specific pre approval letter BAM it was there with in minutes! Even when she was on vacation “ sorry about that steph” her assistant merry Beth is also on her game and was as amazing as Stephanie was! Hands down 10 out of10!
