“Great store/restaurant. Would provide 5 stars if it wasn't for parking. Sometimes, you need to walk a decent distance. Not a problem is spring or fall, but the winter is not fun!”
“A well-kept shopping center with good variety and not a lot of riff-raff. Traffic can be a little reckless coming in and out, but otherwise it's always a pleasant visit.”
“Love this plaza Crunch fitness, clothing store, but the casino is just entertainment. I was winning until I got the players card. I noticed something strange about that casino. Everytime I went, people to the left and right of me were winning and my machines were never doing anything spent 700.00 dollars here and didn't win over 129.00 dollars. Be ware of that casino, but the plaza over all is a place I love visiting for the stores and fitness center.”
“Right off of i-471 not far from the river and Main Newport. Has Target Krogers and many other stores and restaurants nearby. A decent location if you're trying to get a variety of things taken care of. Also easier to get to than some of the ones in Covington or Florence Kentucky. Plenty of parking so that's not an issue.”
“Went to Hobby Lobby to buy puzzles. They had a huge selection. Puzzles were 40% off that day. Photo of puzzle isn't very good but it is beautiful. It has metallic reflections.”
“Our 7-year-old boxer was very shaky and running into things. We took him to Vet Pet 365 where they ran tests and blood work. They said he was totally blind, but no sign of cataracts or glaucoma. They referred him to Vet Ophthalmologist. After doing tests, he was diagnosed with SARDS, stating he would never see again. We are trying hard to make our house more accommodating for him.”
“This is a convenient location. Had what I needed for a job I was subcontracted for. Good selection of hardware. The checkout line is a little confusing the way it's setup but I can't complain having a good experience.”
“Most times this is a great place to shop, grab a starbucks, pick up prescriptions and bank. Oh wait, they took out the bank. This is so disappointing. I thought it was a 5th3rd decision but learned it was a kroger move. I always picked up things, that "I more or less didn't need" when I would take my mother to do her banking. She's 80 and has no desire for a smart-phone so we do it the old fashioned way. Unfortunately there isn't a close location that stays open after 12 noon. This means she has to get up early and go to a bank. Not sure what the thought process was. Maybe saving a lease fee for the liquor store or maybe taking the possibility of a banking bad element situation, but I, for one miss it. Even though it is potentially saving me money on Frivolous purchases. All in all as for the store, staff, and managment, I have to say they are a solid 4 star.”
“There's plenty of places to stop. Grocery, retail, plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants along the road and in the shopping areas. One thing - turning right out of Florence Square is easy. Make sure you have a light if you want to turn left. It's hard crossing 4 lanes of traffic turning left.”
“I grew up at Western Hills Plaza I have seen it evolve I miss some of the anchor stores. But Target's in the former Krogers and you have Piada Italian Street Food, Outback, Panda express, Chick-Salad-chik, PetSmart, Old Navy, Rue 21, Bath & Body Works, T.J Maxx so some decent options still.Still located across the street from several banks at Western Village strip mall that has Kroger's and supreme nut and candy and Sally Beauty and right next door is Planet Fitness and diagonal from there is Dunkin Donuts. So you can find a lot in that small area.”
“Sportsman warehouse seem to have what you need for outdoors activities. However it did seem a bit more pricey than other stores. I guess you pay for the convenience of having it in stock.”
“When you have Bonefish Grill and Cork & Bottle as your main stores what else could a shopper ask for?!?! There have been a few other restaurants at this location. Currently, Nashville Hot is at the other end of the property and they serve great food.”

“Took my 6 yr old to the aquarium and walked around. Had a pleasant day. The levee needs to fill up the 2nd and 3rd floor with more attractions. Seems like the size of it needs to be utilized a lot better.”
“Lots of your needs can be met in this one location.From urgent care medical needs. To dental.Restaurants of several choices. Beauty suply. Smoke shop. Clothing store. Auto store. The BMV.Even a cell phone store. Very convenient location for the locals in the neighborhood as well as the surrounding area's.”
“The Goodwill here is a honeyhole! I found almost new Doc Martens for $25, lots of Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger shirts for just $5 each, and Good American jeans for $8!”
“This is a nice little center. There are a few nice variety of stores and there is a nice Senior Dr. Center here that is very nice. There are also a variety of restaurants etc.”
“Lots of parking. Kroger has decent number of selections in most categories, usually stocked well enough. Lot reasonably absent of trash. The small-ish strip center across from Kroger in the same center has a restaurant, a hair stylist and a candy shop among other businesses.”
“I needed directions stopped into the Kroger liquor store and the friendliest employees helped me Terry the older gentleman was the kindest man in the county. If I was a drinker I would go out of my way to visit this store. Thank you Terry and go Eagles.”
“We Love Florence Mall. Been shopping there since 1977. Sure miss Sears. Not sure why more people don't want to shop indoors especially during cold weather or Hot weather, the AC feels Great.”

“Walmart has really stepped up their game. Lots of new merchandise that I had no idea they carried. This location isn't quite clean depending on the number of employees that they have working to keep the place straightened up.”
