State Farm is the only insurance company I will trust! Sheila Siegrist and her staff are always professional and do their best to keep my coverage at its best at an affordable price. Tonya Schob was truly a delight to talk to and very helpful.

Kellie was an absolute pleasure to speak with this afternoon. She provided all the information for my insurance coverage and the cost came in lower than I was already paying on my current policy. Since I switched to Shiela’s office about 5 years ago I have been so impressed with their product. Tonya, Kellie, Brittany and Kari provide excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, polite, personable, funny, professional and the list goes on and on. I would recommend that anyone who has insurance give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Sheila and her team were so quick to respond after I was involved in an accident. They took all the worry away from me and handled everything promptly. They also make sure I have adequate coverage in all of my policies. I feel so taken care of and don't worry one bit about my insurance coverage with this amazing team!

Great office!! Kellie communicates whenever there is a change in my policy. Unfortunately, I had a claim but they communicated with me every step along the way. Made the process very easy!!

Wouldn't recommend working with Shelia. She stated she "does not care what the law says", she claims her "work culture" is to remove anyone who wants to "remind her of the law" because that is something she simply cannot work with. She saw no issue with that; which speaks for itself. Furthermore, She spoke quite poorly to a member she was training, and about a staff member that was on maternity leave, all while in her office space. Extremely unprofessional. Every part of this experience put a BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

I would strongly advise looking elsewhere when choosing your insurance provider. The dismissal of the law, as well as other reviews that were left, is not a quality I would look for in an insurance provider. We have different insurance providers in the area that value their employees' time and legal rights.
