I called to set up an appointment for a notary, and the communication from Kristen was professional and efficient. Although the bank was not able to help with this because it dealt with real estate property transfer, she was able to refer me to the local library and they were able to help. Thank you.

Stopped in to cash a convenience check...everyone was super nice, except in the confusion of making sure I had enough money in my savings, Sherri informed me, in front of a client, that I didn't have enough money in my account to cover the convenience check...this mortified and embarrassed me in front of another customer. I always thought that they thought more of me than that and I've been a banker there forever. I have excellent credit even though I don't have a large savings account there.

So many better banking options out there. Their customer service is atrocious. This is across the board with all PNC banks I've never known one to be any different than the other.

The staff is ok but the ATM here is absolutely garbage!!!! I've come up here 4 times before to deposit cash and all those times the option to is not available. I never has that issue before. It's incredibly inconvenient and they need to fix whatever the hell is going on. I'm seriously considering switching banks.

One star is too much for PNC in KY! Joe Duncan, the branch manager in Crescent Springs is a lying snake who should be selling used cars. And when I called him out to corporate - they ignored me. He deceived me regarding promotional dollars they were supposed to give me but never did. I actually recorded him saying they would pay me promo dollars then two weeks later recorded him again saying that wasn't true. He then lied to the corporate offices about our conversation! The bank also mistakenly charged me a variety of fees that I had to fight tooth and nail to get back. This has been the worst banking experience ever! Take your money elsewhere!

I love how this bank feels like a small town bank. Whitney and Katie know me by name and are always very pleasant to deal with this branch offers above and beyond customer service and I will be a PNC customer for life because of it.

The staff at this bank branch is awesome. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Our company has been doing business here since we bought our business two years ago and I have never had a negative experience. Hat's off to Whitney, the manager, and her great crew, Jennifer, Emily, Suzanne and Mardi. Great job!
