Transaction completed with the assistance of Nick while I was on vacation by overnighting documents for signature. Arrived at dealership upon my return, transaction was already complete, and the car was exactly as advertised in beautiful condition. I was probably only at the dealership for 15 minutes and left with an awesome car! Quick and easy! Thank you!

My first Mercedes but not my last! A friend recommended Craig, and he helped me learn the MB brand and my many many options. I am pretty sure we put together the prettiest GLC300 coupe ever. GM Don was responsive and congenial during the process, and I was in great hands with Alec, Todd and Noah as I picked up the car and made my trade-in and they taught me how to drive it and make best use of the features. I appreciated their patience and the white glove treatment. They said I could call with questions, and I believe they were sincere - I am sure I will!

We bought a car, a wholesale transaction, the purchasing process with Trent was very easy and fast during the purchasing process.
BUT after buying it it is a nightmare, I have been waiting for the title for more than a week which they have not yet sent me, being a wholesale transaction the title only needs a reassignment written in the same title, during the purchase process I asked you to please verify that they had the title, apparently they do NOT have it since it is impossible for them to take more than a week to send it being a wholesale transaction.
I almost never write reviews but it seems ridiculous to me that during the purchasing process everything is so easy and then it is a headache.

Bought a Mercedes in 2023 and the Finance guy pulled a fast one, after I signed paperwork and added additonal tire insurance, which changed my monthly payment, luckily I caught the “shady” numbers, before my first payment and Mercedes was forced to reimburse me. Additionally, because of the error I gave them low scores on their survey, which they begged me to change their score! Be careful…they like to change the figures after you sign. Report them to the BBB! And give them low scores on their feedback report. Buyer beware at Ft Mitchell Mercedes!

Benny Barcroft is the Sprinter go to guy. Iv talked with several dealers across the US. Benny knows his stuff. I was working on a deal with him. I had to cancel the deal. Hope to buy a Sprinter someday from him

Had the best vehicle buying experience ever at Ft Mitchell Mercedes..met with a smile from the receptionist ..and quickly met with a sales consultant named Alec Driscoll quickly ran through the financing not only did I receive a better rate than any were else I was treated better than any other car dealer I have ever delt with and received a great warranty for a great price for a used vehicle..the whole team all the way up to the GM such a wonderful experience the truck was everything they said ...Thank u so much Ft Mitchell Mercedes!!!!I'll never go anywhere else for a vehicle...Folks give them a try u won't regret it....
