I adopted Mr. Tip weathers. His new name is Tiko. He loves to play, very energetic he's Chihuahua and Jack Russell. He follows my husband and myself all around the house. He loves to go outside. Having a little hard time with my older chi but they're learning each other. My cat & Tiko doesn't see eye to eye. My cat stays upstairs til our chi's go to bed with Daddy my husband. Overall Tiko enjoys his love & hugs. Ty Kenton County Animal Shelter. We love him.

Please support your local animal shelter and adopt a loving pet from them and not purchase a pet from a breeder

They were prompt and efficient in helping me to take care of a feral/ stray cat that had managed to ingest poison because it was starving. Good staffing all around.

It seems like an easy place to get the animal you want. Way different from the older days.

I called and got options which none of the options had anything to do with my inquiry or to speak to an actual person so I left a message with my phone number but no one has bothered to return my call.

I adopted Baby a couple of months ago. The staff knew what I was looking for as soon as I walked in. They read me better. I had no idea I'd fall in love. I never had to train her, she plays all the time, never pulls curtains or anything. She's very cuddly and loving. The kit that came with her are her favorite toys. Thank you so much for the easy and peaceful transition to our new life. ❤️

If I could give negative stars I would. I've been calling them for 6 months to come get this damn kitten my neighbors openly abandoned. They wouldn't touch it and lied about coming back to look for it. Fast forward to tonight and an officer tried to cite me for feeding a stray cat. I been told them was injured and to come and get it. Bloody joke. Like I have every email and call as evidence. Yall are a joke.

I adopted my beautiful sweet kitten luna from here and that im grateful for, however..... she came home with Fleas, Ear Mites, and a yeast infection in her ears. I called just a few day after and and told them what was going on and even offered to come swab and treat the other kittens ears in the shelter as I am fully aware of how contagious ear mites are (very similar to lice on people), and as well have had Cats my entire life and have always been able to treat and heal my cats with over the counter and home remedies. Anyway the reason I'm upset is because although I was able to treat and rid my poor baby kitten of her fleas with two flea baths and flea drops, I was unable to rid her of what was ailing her poor baby ears so I called back after about 3-4 weeks of the ears still being black and itchy. They said that even though they had record of my previous call that they would be unable to help since I waited to long. So long story short, spent $125 to adopt, then about $80 on flea bath and drops, about $50 on different over the counter ear mites medicine. The final end of the story, I also had to spend over $100 on a vet visit and another $30 on medicine for a yeast infection in her ears. All is well now, and I love her to bits. Also love all the staff at Noah's Ark Animal Clinic. Over all the worst experience I've ever had in my 40 years of adopting cats!!!

I am currently fostering from here, and can't say enough how nice the staff were during the startup of the process. They have been very helpful with everything since, it's easy to tell they truly care about the animals in their care and finding them the right forever home.
