Cost me thousands of dollars over charged me for services then broke myengine. Brought in for tranmission that he overcharged me for and when fixing transmission he broke the engine. When the reputable mechanic I took it to after engine died called Ken to ask why he left pins out of the transmission resulting in engine failure he wouldn't take accountability. Stay far away from this guy

**safe option for the ladies and fair pricing!!**Kevin and his son really saved me and my cats last night during an 11 hour road trip. It was late, AAA wasted my time for two hours and was of no help so I was stranded in the area and requested a tow. They came within 20 minutes, figured out the problem, and offered to quickly fix it at their shop outside of regular hours just so I could get back home safely. As a woman it was a very distressing situation, and I’m extremely grateful to have found these kind people- they made me feel comfortable the entire time :)

They were there when we needed them the most. After the repairs were made (the car is 10 yrs old and needed help) the car as they use to say`purred.' We got some really good advice from them about how to do better maintenance. At 78 yrs. old I have to rely on experts to maintain my car. Ken's is that place.

Worst place ever, sounds exactly like a place the police would tow cars to. Have to stand outside to use their WiFi. Took 4 hours for them to receive an email from insurance. Also their hours are wrong on google. Rude and condescending. Hopefully your paths never meet!

my review is actually a 0. these are the worst people I've ever encountered and not sure how they are open. rudest people ever. they yelled at my 71 year old mother over the phone, that couldn't come in because she has 5 broken bones from the wreck she was just in, which brought us to this terrible loction to begin with. we gave no consent to have her truck taken there, which costs 45 dollars a day, including weekends when they are closed. they got my mothers stuff out without her consent and when we called them on their lie we got screamed at, kicked out and got the cops called on us. all the while my mother had paid them $370 just so she could get her belongings back. I've never been treated this way and I beg you not to give them your business, if you even have a say. on my way out the door, after being kicked out, they called me the worst person ever.
