Used to buy my favorite wine here. But new owners do not understand how to keep customers coming back. It should NOT say "Fine Wine" on the sign. Now the place is just like any other liquor store. Even told new owner what distributor to call to get it. He doesn't want to follow through.

New owners up the prices on everything. Spent 5k last year alone. Til I went in and the new owners didn’t even change the price tags. Said 25$ has ALWAYS beeen 25$ here at Jim’s and it shows up 40.99???CMON. lol they gonna be out business Real soon. creasent springs and tobacco is where you should shop in Ft Mitchell. Don’t gotta worry about backing into 45 mph traffic either . Dumbest purchase in history . These guys will not last . They fired all 4 employees that previously worked there . Indian owned company now. Don’t spent your US dollars here

Under new management unfortunately :( Not the same at all, the look and overall atmosphere is completely different m. Now it feels like more of a sketchy stop I don't feel comfortable going alone to.

Joe (we think that's his name) is the nicest guy ever. We only go there because they stock the best root beer around here (Freddie's) and we have officially been there enough to become regulars. Just had to come on here and share that it's a great company run by great people! Thanks for keeping our root beer in stock!

We worked with Jim's for our wedding (250 guests), the service was absolutely fantastic. They made everything a fun process in picking all alcohol choices for the event. They were always easy to get a hold of, very responsive and dependable.

Jim's Fine Wine & Spirits under the new ownership is awesome. Great selections and personal service that is second to none. The inside looks great and parking is actually very easy to pull in and out on Dixie Highway. Love Jim's wine selections!!! And special events too.
