Heartland Bank in Fort Mitchell is an undiscovered gem by many. They treat their customers with respect and are always willing to help. I loved getting my Happy Holiday call from Brooke this year. absolute worst bank with the worst people. Denise is rude. Their processes are overly complicated and difficult. Take your banking and loans elsewhere!

They gave me inaccurate information as to when withdrawals will happen. They sent information with my social security number and account numbers on it to the wrong email, one that is in fact not even me. This is very concerning. I thought I could trust banks, but I guess not. Will be re-financing as soon as possible. Yes it was this specific branch that messed up both times. Sorry but this is just really not what I would expect from banking professionals. If I can't trust you to tell me the truth, why would I trust you handling my money or loan? If it was possible to give 0 stars or negative ones I would have. I would advise anyone against ever trusting this bank.

Really not a place to look help in your mortgage, go somewhere else!!. After they make singed a lot of papers, pulled my credit, charged me with the fee of what I was looking for mortgage wise so I feel good with them. then they call me one week later to tell me that all that had to be change to another kind of loan, at that point I realized that the person that was reviewing my loans was just there for me to pay the fee and get hook after all the paperwork was done. This person really didn't look for my best interest or told me all the outcomes of the process. Now I have no option to keep working with them, otherwise I will be have to pay another fee for another bank, hit my credit again with another inquired and take more time and effort. Terrible that fisher homes work with them
