Checked in prior to an 8am appointment, still hadn’t been seen by 8:30 so enquired with the staff. The insinuated that there was a ‘system’ problem but wouldn’t elaborate as to what it was or whether someone had made a mistake just ‘we’ll get you taken care of as soon as possible’. The reason I went over to the counter was because I heard them talking, saying my name and that I hadn’t checked in, even though one of those ladies had checked me in 30 mins prior. If someone has made a mistake, own up and admit it, I won’t take you to task over this. It’s worse when a mistake isn’t admitted and you are treated like a child and inconvenienced as a consequence.

Had a great experience with Tina Gutekunst, APRN. A great conversation about pros and cons of treatment options. She listened and I truly felt HEARD! So important for, especially for women in mid life. I will be recommending her.

I've been coming to this Doctors office for over 10 years but after my latest appointment I'll most likely be switching providers. I sent a message via MyChart to my doctor about a very specific medication and how I'd like a prescription for it. I received a message back stating I would need to come in for a visit to get the prescription and a weigh in. I made an appointment and almost as soon as the doctor came in, I was told they do not write these kinds of prescriptions and that I dont fall within the guidelines for the prescription either. That's fine and all but what really rubs me the wrong way is that the doctor knew I wanted this very specific medication and was told I needed to make an appointment to come see the doctor. If they knew they didn't write these prescriptions and that I wasn't a candidate for it I shouldn't have been told to make an appointment. I had to take time off work and pay a copay to be told something I could have been told initially over MyChart.... That's just shady business practices to me. Hopefully St E will be more transparent with their patients moving forward.

Tina, is so good, you very understanding doesn't rush you and listens to everything my husband has to say and answers Every question he throws at her!
Sometimes my hubby talks and she listen and doesn't interrupt.
WE WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT HURT!! WE LOVE TINA FOR HER WAYS, DOESNT TALK DOWN TO HER PATIENCE LIKE SOME DO!!

I called the office and had a question about one of my prescription. Danielle answered my call and was absolutely amazing! She made notes to my account and also provided me with information that will allow me to get a nice discount on my prescription!

I saw Dr Shawn Ross and I’m wondering when it became normal to lack empathy and explain almost nothing to patients.This doctor was annoyed by any questions or concerns.It was my first visit and the bed side manner was completely unfriendly and unhelpful. I cannot wait for the next generation of doctors.

I used to go and see Shelby Thornton let me tell you they honestly could care less what happens to you and they show I cant stand how disrespectful she was to my ride who came and picked up kicked them right out the room they had relation to me. Will never go back there this location is terrible
