I have been a customer since 1974 and just love this place. The pharmacists are the best ever and the personnel are wonderful. I trust them totally to get my prescriptions right. I enjoy looking at all the items they have on sale, too.

I recently switched my wife’s and my prescriptions to the Fort Mitchell Drug Shoppe, from a big box pharmacy. It was like stepping into a whole new world. Great people, great and fast service. The wife and I couldn’t be happier.

Jamie just helped me resolve an issue with my prescription prices not matching up with my insurance EOB. She quickly fixed the problem, refunded the difference and printed new receipts to match my statements. We couldn't be happier with the consistently great service we get at Ft Mitchell Drug Shoppe! This place is like a little hidden treasure if you've never been inside!! I just found it by accident because I turned in that lot to turn around and I needed some things from Walgreen's but thought I'll try this little shoppe and I'm so glad I did!! It has just about anything you would buy at a much lower price than Walgreen's and they have such a huge selection in this store that isn't big but everytime I walk in here, I find little things I absolutely needed in my life but didn't know it til I found this little gem. I highly recommend checking it out and also, the customer service folks couldn't be nicer!

I really like the pharmacy people they nice and helpfull good people.First time i shope there i forgot my card and i was couple dollars short and they let have my meds..thnk you fort mitchell drug shoppe pharmacy n god bless u
