My brother and I were kids at DCCH from 1990-1994. My time there was the best of my life. I think about the children’s home all the time. The workers we had there were absolutely amazing. I can remember the last visit I got with my mom while there. I tried to play it off like it was no big deal and I was doing good with it until ms crow and sister Jean mari came to check on me. As soon as they walked in I lost it. They both grabbed me and held me like I was their child. I will never forget that. My brother ended up getting adopted and I wasn’t ready for a new family so I opted to stay at the home. I am now 39 years old with a family of my own. I owe so much to the children’s home. What I wouldn’t do to meet some of the staff I had while there!!! Love DCCH so much❤️❤️❤️

DCCH does amazing work to help children and families in need. Many people don’t know about the outpatient therapy support or the therapeutic foster care programs. They are truly helping so many families in so many ways!

I am a foster parent and have been fostering with the DCCH for over two years. I can't say enough good things about the DCCH. The support and training you receive from the staff is unparalleled. They truly care about helping the children placed in your home as well as making sure the foster parents feel supported and appreciated.

Getting good service here but if your child is here you already know it's going to be a hard road but they're better than some of the alternatives.

Staff care about the kids and families treated at DCCH. It's tough work to do, but there is a lot of heart that goes into this place.
