Brad was so incredibly helpful! Even with the complicated process of our loan, he was able to clearly communicate what he needed from us and was extremely informative. He stayed in touch the entire process. I also enjoyed how personable he was! It wasn't like talking to some robot behind a computer screen via email. He took the time to call and explain everything and answer any questions or concerns we had. Would 10/10 recommend him to everyone!

Brad was amazing to take us through every step of the way. This was our first house and we were extremely nervous as we were very inexperienced. Brad addressed every one of our questions and was happy to take the extra time to explain everything so we understood what was going on. He made this home buying process a breeze in the park!!! Brad is the best lender. Helped me close on a condo 3 years ago and was extremely insightful... my approval process was a little bit tricky due to working in sales in a commission-based role. Brad handled all of the hurdles and I didn't have to worry about anything.3 years later I just had to call him for help with a missing document my bank needed. After making 6 phone calls to other places and getting the run around with transfers, I decided to just call Brad for some help. He answered right away and walked me through the process to get the info I needed. Brad is the best!!
