Edit: after consulting with friends, I was made aware that I was over charged for parts. I was charged $300 for replacing 1 ignition coil. I found that a 4 pack online was $82. He did not replace all 4. I just want anyone to be aware that if you are not very car savy, they might take advantage of your lack of knowledge.”

I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

“I have only lived here in Independence for four years, all of my vehicles have been and are under warranty so I am forced to take them to the dealer. This time I had a part the dealer "fixed" fall off my truck. Since I am a Maintenance Tech, I depend on my truck. My neighbor takes all of his vehicles here and highly recommends this place. I took my truck up to have them take a look, he felt good about fixing it properly. I begged that I need my truck by Thursday but if not the dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks. So I was willing to roll the dice. Working from home for the day I dropped off around lunch time and maybe two hours later I got a text that it was done. I called the shop thinking it was a mistake and they were just checking it in - and was told no it was ready. Now I know everything cant go quick like that, but they got my vote. Friendly from the front desk to the back, these guys certainly care about your vehicle.

“Unfortunately Tom Gill Chevy was my 3rd stop looking for a truck but will be my first from now on. When we pulled in to the lot, no salesman came out which is exactly what we liked. Didn't feel like buzzards coming for a meal. We was given time to look around. Marlon walked out and introduced himself and asked if we had seen anything we liked or wanted to look at. When I explained what I was looking for, Marlon pointed me in the right direction. Short time later and a few more songs for my 3 yr old on YouTube and I was driving home in my truck. Marlon bent over backwards to get me in the truck I was looking for. Awesome dealership and extremely tolerant and understanding salesman. Thanks Marlon for all you done.

“Hey my name is Henry Reese, I would to write a review, (something I don't do much) :) on the service I received while purchasing a 2016 Cadillac CTS, keep in mind that I live in Louisville Ky. I was doing what a lot of people do now, I was searching online a found one I liked at Cincinnati Cadillac, I reached out and was put in touch with a (Mr.) Brandon Ozier who guided me from first phone call, to Driving off the lot, including pre approval, to approval!! a total Professional the whole way, never pushy very Knowledgeable, returned all calls promptly......once an approval was made I headed to Cincinnati Cadillac Wow!! I was surprised to learn that this young (to me) I'm 68yrs old. This Young Black Professional was Confident and Knowledgeable, made me feel right at home, although I was from out of town.....allowed me to test drive, introduced me to the staff, everybody was smiling, (kind of busy) lol, but not to busy to smile wave and speak I have owned a few Cadillacs in my life. It was nice to know they will check out a used car from a dealership for about 150.00 b4 purchase. Wesley and Frank were very patient. I was not waiting in back of way too many people like Tire Discounters and they have a very clean inviting no pomp and circumstance check in space. “The owner took my car for a drive to test what was wrong with it, that’s when I knew he was a great mechanic. Most just look at it and give you many different things it could be, he was able to tell me exactly what it was. He was honest with me and gave me advice of what to do and what not to do with my car. One of the mechanics also changed the fuse for my taillight and got that working. All without asking for a dime. Truly a rare shop and such a blessing to find when you’re new to an area and have no idea what to expect.”

Midas checked it out, sent me a clear explanation, with photos of what they found, even rated how high or low the need to address the issues were. They gave me a great deal on the work I needed done and kept me up to date on getting the parts in and when it would be complete. I felt very confident that they would do great work and only necessary work. They did just that. My car feels like a new car again and drives great. I highly recommend them.”
