The front desk lady who checked us in was not at all friendly. The room is nice. The bathroom needs some work.Everyone was nice other than the lady who checked us in. Perfect location of us. The breakfast was good and everything was clean.

Stayed here for one night before my husband had to report for a class and I had a flight the next morning. We arrived late at night so it was quiet and we didn't get a good view of the area until the next morning. From what we saw, the area outside was clean. I booked a studio and it was spacious. I wasn't expecting tile floors but I GREATLY appreciated the room having tile floors. It's just easier to clean and the tiles didn't feel grimy. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but it met it's needs. The provided toiletries were wonderful as well. I did see a couple of dead bugs in the room which is a good and bad thing: good because pest control is taken seriously, bad because they weren't cleaned up. The AC worked and the room was comfortable overall. We did see there was a laundry room but we didn't go in and use the facilities. The breakfast was a surprise! Everything was kept at the appropriate temperatures and tasted good too so that was a big plus. Staff was friendly even though we did hear a yelling match on our way to the front desk to check out. At first we thought it was some guests yelling at one another, but no it was a staff member yelling at another one. Not the best for guests to hear :/. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we will definitely be staying here again whenever we are in the area.

Small gym would be my biggest complaint. Very far from the nearest gym if you don't have a rental and you're on base.

Dropped room reservation went to the other hotel on post and they had me somewhere else. I made these reservations over a month in advance.

Nice, comfortable rooms. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. They're short staffed so full housecleaning is offered once a week for longer term stay. You can always get additional supplies, towels, toiletries.Breakfast is your standard Holiday Inn and really.... it's the same thing pretty much every day.The fitness room is small, very few exercise equipment but there are 3 fitness centers nearby (within a 10- minute drive). If you're here for training, there are shuttles that take you to the schoolhouse in the morning and drop you off in the evening as well.

Staying here for a few weeks while waiting on housing. It is clean enough, but like everywhere, they are short-staffed and you can tell. We have been here for over a week and had to request servicing to our room - and no, we did not have the “do not disturb” sign on the door. They do not offer double suites like I have had at many other on-post hotels. They have standard rooms and a suite with a bedroom and living room. Two double beds - not queens. The living area does have a pull out couch, but I’d bring in a cot before sleeping on that! It’s too small for the five of us, to be perfectly honest. We ended up having our oldest go stay with her grandparents during our stay. The rooms have an extremely small kitchenette with NO amenities, so if you are PCSing, you will want cookware, silverware, dishes and all cups if you want to take advantage of that. Also, the refrigerator is laughably small.I will say that the hotel breakfast has been quite good, but it’s incredibly crowded and they need to double the amount of seating. They don’t want you taking food out of the breakfast area for some reason. It’s still far better than what I would get for this price off-post, but not as nice as Scott AFB, JBER, JEBLCFS-FS, or many other places where we have had temporary lodging. Also, since housing was not available yet, we were able to get a letter from Knox Hills housing to match our BAH, which is super helpful.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great room, friendly, helpful staff. We'll worth the cost.

Love this location because it is away from all the base and quiet. This is a small facility but it will suffice. They have a business center and a small dining area for free buffet breakfast. Serve hot and cold food.Rooms: Great value, and comfortableNearby activities: Base facilities, not in walking distance. Will need transportation. Close by is a Chinese buffet and Starbucks.Walkability: Kids play areaFood & drinks: Coffee available, vending machines and ice machine. No restaurant on premises but you get free continental breakfast with hot and cold food.Noteworthy details: Staff is very accommodating but on post lodging fills up quickly. Therfore ensure to book Asap when you have orders or knowledge you must go there

Convenient to HRC and V Corps headquarters. Rooms were nice but a little small. Fine for one or two but I wouldn’t want any kids here.Rooms: Small-ish. Works for one or two people but, I wouldn’t recommend for trips with children.Safety: It’s on Ft. Knox. There’s a reason they store all the gold there.Walkability: Not really anything within walking distance.Food & drinks: Free breakfast is pretty good.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Personnel is very approachable and friendly. Unfortunately, if you don't have a car everything will be really far away. They used to have a small shuttle to take people to different areas on base, but currently, they don't have anymore.

Solid on base hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. WIFI connection was weak in some parts of the room.

Significant downgrade from Newgarten Inn. Tile, rather than carpet. Tiny fitness center. Really loud room vent system. Poorly designed closet and kitchenette.Just weirdly uncomfortable, compared to the other IHG on post, and compared to the apartment-style lodging available for students on post. It's still quantumly better than Ft Carson's IHG, though.
