Staff when I checked in was great. Super convenient location on base. Rooms were taken good care of and clean. The furnishings are rather dated but hey I didn’t care. Beds weren’t the most comfortable for me as I prefer a firmer bed due to my back problems, but it wasn’t horrible, just super plush where you sink in a lot.

Booked a room online while waiting on hold to ask the from desk if they had vacancy. When the lady got off hold she told me they did not have vacancy and cancelled my reservation. I’d be mad if it wasn’t so funny. Weird experience.

Great place to lay one's head during a long journey. The breakfast is decent and the servers are attentive. Overall nifty place to spend few days while in town.
Safety: On post. Safety is first.
Walkability: Can walk to nearby facilities.
Food & drinks: Daily breakfast.
Noteworthy details: Pet -friendly.

Short trip, but I got much more room than I expected - desk space, two TVs, fridge, microwave, and even a stove top. If I had to stay long term, this is a strong consideration, especially with a short drive to so much on post. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Internet was plenty fast for streaming. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Still was odd to have a locking toilet paper dispenser, but that's not worth docking a star.

The room itself is fine, but I was just surprised that for a hotel on post there were ZERO kitchen amenities, like plates, silverware, glasses, cooking things, etc. So, it’s fine if you’re here for a couple nights, but if you’re there for a while it’s kind of a pain. Maybe ACS has kitchen sets to check out? Also, the gym isn’t great and the one treadmill doesn’t work well, but it’s an Army base, so there are other full sized gyms to go to.

I called to check availability for my family to attend a graduation. I am not new to the Army, but I was treated as if I were new. The lady at the front desk was rude. When I asked if there was availability her response was “you know you can check the availability on the IHG app” as if she didn’t want to do her job.

The front desk lady who checked us in was not at all friendly. The room is nice. The bathroom needs some work.Everyone was nice other than the lady who checked us in. Perfect location of us. The breakfast was good and everything was clean.

Stayed here for one night before my husband had to report for a class and I had a flight the next morning. We arrived late at night so it was quiet and we didn't get a good view of the area until the next morning. From what we saw, the area outside was clean. I booked a studio and it was spacious. I wasn't expecting tile floors but I GREATLY appreciated the room having tile floors. It's just easier to clean and the tiles didn't feel grimy. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but it met it's needs. The provided toiletries were wonderful as well. I did see a couple of dead bugs in the room which is a good and bad thing: good because pest control is taken seriously, bad because they weren't cleaned up. The AC worked and the room was comfortable overall. We did see there was a laundry room but we didn't go in and use the facilities. The breakfast was a surprise! Everything was kept at the appropriate temperatures and tasted good too so that was a big plus. Staff was friendly even though we did hear a yelling match on our way to the front desk to check out. At first we thought it was some guests yelling at one another, but no it was a staff member yelling at another one. Not the best for guests to hear :/. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we will definitely be staying here again whenever we are in the area.

Small gym would be my biggest complaint. Very far from the nearest gym if you don't have a rental and you're on base.

Dropped room reservation went to the other hotel on post and they had me somewhere else. I made these reservations over a month in advance.
