Same things that happened to other people in the reviews happened to me. They don't open on time. I call for a car. They say a car is available. I arrive less than an hour later. No cars. Radcliff blames them. They blame the radcliff location.

They have a problem opening on time. While waiting for the employee to show up with the key to open, passerbys offerred this lack of organization and responsibility is normal for this enterprise. Both corporate and regional were called and only offerred to file a report. There is no intent to fix this issue and all should steer clear from this enterprise. They will screw up your plans.

Imagine reserving a car for a specific date and being told the day of that they have no cars available and they will after the weekend is over. I don’t understand how this is good business. I am told that there is nothing they can do to get me a car. This company is national. How does this happen?

First off, I can tell you I've been a costumer in and around the United States and internationally. First off how can you say WE PiCK YOU UP when I have to take an Uber from and out of the location in a 2 miles radius. That adds up to the other review guy who says they only have one person in the location, to take care of everyone costume. The only person who works there is overwhelm whit an enormous military market. On top of that like the other guy said in his review, the only one lady that works there does not perform to standard. I validate everything said in the previous review. Unpleasant experience.

Im active duty and booked a rental a month in advance at the enterprise off post in radclift. Well i show up to pick up and they had nothing available, i drove to the one in etown and they made me wait for 4 hours to tell me no, nothing available. Well i came to px, i needed a rental because i had limited time to travel and CJ found me a compact and got me on the way!!!! He is the best, from now on i will only book on base.

I reserved a car at the Fort Knox, KY Enterprise for 1:00, when I got there no one was there but on the website it stated they opened at 1:00, the representative called me stating the person who was suppose to open the store was on his way. I waited 30 minutes no one showed up so I called the representative back. He said someone was on their way but I told him I could not wait and I would pick the car up at 4:00pm, he said ok.
