One of the worst USPS stores I have ever been to. They told me to go to Gate 4 to get a visitor pass. Then I went to gate 7! GATE 7! I was supposed to be here like an extra 30 min. But no. I showed up 5 min until my appointment. I was supposed to fill out the Passport application. But because the male at the front desk said it will take 10 min too long so you will have to reschedule an appointment. Wow!!!!!! It’s about 2024 & I have TSA Precheck!!! This place is a HUGE joke!!!

By all means, save yourself a headache and go to the post office 10 minutes off base! They are awesome, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help you out with passports! Most of the workers on base are some of the rudest poeple I've ever encountered, have a negative attitude about everything from start to finish, and don't know what they're doing with passport paperwork.

My husband and I was waiting for a letter that was under my name. We received email that the letter was pending and coming soon dated 9/16. It has been more than a week since we received the email and said that it was coming soon but we're still empty handed. Went to the OFFICE to asked the worker about the letter and we were told that If it wasn't under my husband's name (because he was the only one who was registered )then the new policy was to send the letter back to where it was from RIGHT AWAY!!!BUT HOW COULD THEY EXPECT THAT EVERYONE WHO OPEN MAILBOX SHOULD KNOW THEIR FREAKING POLICY/RULE!* I don't know If is it varies from state to state but I USED TO LIVE IN HAWAII! my dad was the only one who registered at the mailbox and yet we, the whole family get our letters and mail safe and sound!Even if they have this freaking new policy!!!! They should have kept the letter and let the box holder know, if that was their mail or fraud!ENLIGHTEN ME WITH THIS! BUT I SAW ON MY RESEARCH THAT THEY HAVE 30 FREAKING DAYS TO HOLD A MAIL/LETTERS FOR THEIR CUSTOMER TO GET OR REDEEM!THE LETTER THAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR IS NOW NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! AND IT WAS HOLDING IMPORTANT DOCUMENT!MY SISTER (WHO WAS THE LETTER FROM) TOLD ME THAT SHE NEVER GOT THE LETTER BACK! EVEN IF THE WORKER IN THIS OFFICE TOLD US THAT THEY ALREADY SENT THE LETTER BACK AFTER RECEIVING IT AND CHECKING THAT IT WASN'T MY HUSBAND'S NAME!WHO SHOULD I CALL OR GET HELP FROM BECAUSE THE WORKER IN THIS OFFICE DOESNT REALLY HELP US IN ANYWAY OTHER THAN GIVING US ATTITUDE!

Mr. Johnson at the Fort Campbell post office seems to know what he’s doing, but he is harsh and disrespectful. This isn’t basic training, sir. Relax. It’s neither necessary nor healthy for your blood pressure or anyone else’s to be so high strung.

If I could give 0 I would . Customer service so bad and rude the white old guy and black old guy need to talk to people better . Because we are solider they treat you really bad if you have higher rank they will treat you better . I’m not sure about racist if they have forward . It just so many time we got turn around . They also hurry to kick out out even though you already in there and just need to change a box but they will rush you get out of the building .

Yeah… Don’t go here. They are unintelligent individuals for this place of work and I wonder how they made it through the hiring process. They insisted me to send specific documents for my passport application and it turns out that it was the wrong documentation needed and now my passport got kicked back and is awaiting for the correct documentation. Manning must be low since COVID I’d assume but sheesh lets not just hire anyone..

I went to this location to send a return out. I already had my label printed off, and was rudely directed to the wrong area of boxes. I myself packaged my own return and upon arriving at the desk an obnoxiously rude woman explained that I can’t use the box I was told to use, I had to use the other boxes that I need to pay for because I’m paying for the lowest return possible. I was also told they can’t print labels there even though it says online that they do. If I can give a negative star I would, so they get this.

They are always busy, but their service has never been less than amazing. Thank you to everyone who works here! I have sent over 50 packages from this location, not one complaint. Always professional and respectful with every transaction.

Had a package sent out for delivery in the beginning of the month,which then appeared as having been picked up at the post office (despite it already saying out for delivery,and then once it said it was picked up at the post office,the time it was supposedly picked up was stamped after closing hours,making me having picked anything up impossible) and once I contacted them for help they (a person named Tahra Baker) sent me an initial contact email and then nothing at all even after almost a month.

They do good work. They're friendly and knowledgeable, if they don't k ow the answer they'll do their best to figure it out.Staffing and company policy aren't up to them, support your post office.
