There is no reason whatsoever that wait times are as long as they are! Absolutely ridiculous!

I was not happy with my experience I feel that asking personal questions about if I was referred to or how I got to go to that pharmacy to pick up a prescription was a HIPPA violation. Their job is to fill a prescription from the provider that’s it.

Automated phone system is STILL hanging up on you!! Called 3x one morning recently and got nowhere but pissed off!! Typical of anything functioning in the Army - it doesn't! Good pharmacy, nice people when you literally have to show up in person to do anything.
