“SHOUT OUT TO TANIYAH. After having a headache with people at Bestbuy, I decided to go to the source. I came in tonight on their final hour of being open. Only 2 associates and there were 8 of us customers needing help. I needed a new phone altogether after having the same one for over 3 years. Tell me why this lady was able to help me find a phone and everything I needed, get me squared away, and sitting at the table for me to complete my data transfer all within 10 minutes, all while Bestbuy took over 30 minutes to even find a phone? Taniyah, I know you're new because you said it to me, but you guys were beyond amazing. Awesome service, wonderful attitude, nothing but smiles. This is what customer service should be like.
