Terrible customer service December 15th @ 1420… My wife has never gotten upset while shopping until today.You’d think you would influence sales and enhance the shopping experience a bit more during the holidays.Instead, we were blown off by a cell phone tending cashier that obviously had more important things to do.We apologize for inquiring about the Nintendo switch. We just wanted to buy 6 for kids that suffered from the recent natural disaster. Maybe next time.

Bought an item from the store literally made by GameStop that’s impractical came the next day to return it but I was told by “a manager” you can’t return something once it’s opened… tf I literally just bought it

Please let everyone know before they try to sign up and create an account that it's not free. The lady at the front had an attitude and was rude. They have limited games in here. Not really a great store in our opinion.

I'd give zero stars but we all know that's not an option.Shannon was very rude for no reason on 12/30/2022.She asked if I was a rewards member and I said yes and gave her my phone number, she then let's me know my account thing was expired which when it did I saw an email about it and thought I signed up again for the $5 monthly coupon. But I guess I didn't, no big deal. However when I told her "oh I thought I renewed it through the email" she's basically laughing in annoyance saying "well you didnt". Like ok it wasn't a big deal I especially wasn't making a big deal I was just like, oh okay oh well but after her laughing, then saying "we'll do you want to renew it here now" I said nope. especially after getting an attitude like that for literally no valid reason, it'd be different if I was the one who started with an attitude, but they see a young couple and think they can speak to us in whatever way they feel. relax, you work at gamestop Shannon.

I went up to get some items rang up at the register and the girl that looks like she’s on crack name Lou was so disrespectful and rude and kept giving me an attitude while I was at the register. I really wanted to say something bad to her because Lou went and gave me the finger when she was talking to some short lady behind the register. What a rude and disrespectful person. Be warned if you go get your stuff ring please don’t go the register with the girl name Lou that looks like she’s on crack. She is really disrespectful and rude to her customer.

I gave this gamestop a 3 a while back and wanted to elaborate on why. The customer service is wjat got it to a three but the selection was very limited which cost ut one star. The secind star I took away because the location (which I acknowledge may be a plus for some) was a negative for me because it was located inside the main exchange(always felt like it had a hugh volune of people)

Great store, overall friendly staff, however, I heard a female named Lou talking bad about a fellow employee to other customers and found it very unprofessional.

Are you looking for a quality experience for finding a game? What about friendly and knowledgeable employees who can help you? How about buying used games? Do you enjoy receiving a military discount? If so, buying products in the store will get you a 10% discount. This is the GameStop you want to come to.The establishment has plenty of nerdy and geeky apparel to keep you busy looking. You might come in the store with $300 bucks and leave with only $0.43 cents to your name. Buying games is a dangerous game we keep playing but it's so much fun!Either way, I think you'll love the experience here compared to other GameStop stores. The manager is positive and will try her best to help you!I highly recommend you bring your friends and family here! They surely will not be disappointed. If the store does not have what you want, you can always order through one of the employees. That way, you pay for the entire order to be shipped but minus no shipping costs. Enjoy your future visit here!
