Dropped off one dress shirt on Monday afternoon for a funeral occurring on Friday. Was guaranteed Wednesday by 5pm pickup, as stated verbally and on my receipt, which was fine for what I needed. Went by on Wednesday and shirt was not ready. Went back again on Thursday afternoon and shirt was still not ready. At this point, I needed the shirt /a shirt before they opened on Friday. Due to them not sticking to their agreed upon timeline, I was forced to go out and buy a new shirt for the funeral. This is completely unacceptable for a business that works on a timeline to process and get things done. Please don’t go here and spend your money elsewhere! There are plenty of dry cleaning locations outside the gate that I’m sure will stick to their promised timeline.

Y’all-This is my MOST favorite place/business on all of Fort Campbell.I wish with all my heart I knew her name, but the beautiful lady who greets me, gets my order, makes us a new order, (and then calls me immediately to remind me I left the “ready-to-go” garments there and to come right back before I leave the parking lot) is THE BEST! I told my husband this evening I will spend whatever $ to have his clothes cleaned and pressed (and always exactly as we request them (because Heaven forbid his dress pants have a crease ??♀️) and his shirts are starched perfectly!) at this exact location EVERY TIME!I am sorry I can’t think of her name.But- my WHOLE heart!She makes my weekly visits worth it!!!!And she deserves an easy 8mil for just her loving and welcoming heart!Also- definitely great service! We are always satisfied with the quality of their dry cleaning.

These folks actually take a lunch break & close the cleaners. Never in my military service had I ever heard of a on post cleaners closing for lunch. Totally unacceptable.

They will lose your stuff. Long story short, these people almost made me lose my graduation ceremony because they could not find my stuff. Stay away!!!

Was rushed ordered an ASU jacket, went to pick it up at 5pm to find out it wasn’t there. The lieutenant colonial in front of me, who didn’t receive their items on time we’re not happy either.Fort Campbell might as well close this place down and give us another establishment on post.Update: Waited outside at 9 am until 915 while the owner struts up with some McDonald coffee. No apology for her showing up late to her place of work. Absolutely insane. Do not support this establishment.

Great service! My uniform comes out really crisp and clean each and every time I bring them there. The turn around time is great as well. The people who work there are very friendly.

I received my ASU jacket with white hairs and lint all over it. To make matters worse I could still see the holes from my insignia and ribbons CLEAR AS DAY! These were not cleaned at all I honestly believe they weren't. Go somewhere else FAR from Ft. Campbell.

This place contracts out their service to Eagle Plaza Alterations & Cleaners - be sure to check their reviews when using this service. I dropped off a dress on Tues and was told it would be ready on Thurs at 4:00. They did not try to get ahold of me to let me know it wasnt ready until i showed up at this location at 5:00 on Thurs. when i was told it wasnt ready!!! The best they offered was the fri at 11:00 (the day i needed the dress!) When i called the alternate location she tried to lie her way around why it wasnt finished and as i am on my way to pick up my dress she states it was being worked on and would be finished by 8pm. The best part is this company believes more in getting $25 for a product they didnt do than customer service. I would never recommend either of these places to anyone!!
