It’s on a military base. Don’t get shot trying to get to the store. Funny that’s not mentioned anywhere. Pathetic customer service.

A little disappointed that this place doesn't open till 10am on a Military base. They also don't have an equipment drop off so if your PCSing you have to wait to drop stuff off.

We just moved to Ft Campbell and was looking to set up our service with xFinity. Very helpful staff, in and out in less than half an hour. Too bad their office is tucked away in some street that isn't very visible to the public.

I have had Comcast for 5 years and service is horrible. Comcast seems to be our only option here on post. I'm sure they know this and that's why they don't care about providing a better service to our military families.

This place is getting worse and worse, whoever works here needs to be fired because this is like the 5th time in 2 weeks my internet has been out this time it was for 10 hrs. Yes 10. If you have school wouldnt recommend this because they do "planned outages" from 2pm to 12pm ya know around the time you get out of work. (Terrible planning) Don't even try to call this building either you'll just be talking to the same bot you did on the other number.

Outages left and right. What more do I need to say when you can't use the WiFi over half the time. When I do get it, it does run fast but just very in incessant and very poor customer support.
