I had a newly purchased chain break and went into the store to get it repaired. Clint was super friendly and helpful. He looked up to see if my necklace was under warranty and unfortunately it was not. He priced out all of my options, repair the chair, return and buy new or purchase a new chain in store. The best deal was leaving with a new chain. I was in and out of store in about 20 minutes.

My daughter and I stopped in tonight about a necklace I had bought her for Christmas. I wish I had got the names of the two working but they were so so sweet to us! They've definitely earned my business in the future!

Bought some jewelry for new, Years
The bracelet that cost me 200 dollars is starting to fall apart, and stones are falling out and on top of that they will not honor the warranty.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would not shop anywhere else. The prices are better than the other stores. Stop in and someone will definitely take care of you.

I had the best experience at the Florence Zales store today. The lady who helped me was so informative and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Got my bracelet, necklace and two rings.

Unbelievable! I would give no stars if that was an option. I wanted to give my wife a gift for our ten year anniversary. We bought ring enhancements and the some diamonds immediately fell out. We bought the warranty they replaced it and said she needed to buy another warranty since it’s only good once. She got it back and the same thing happened again. These clowns broke the ring this time trying to fix it and told her she had to spend more money to get something else because it’s been over 30 days. It’s only been over 30 days because they have literally had them getting fixed since we bought them. This manger is a horrible person who is out to steal from you. If I knew her name I would blast it. I will never be back and I will tell everyone my story. My only hope is the workers there all get fired and corporate treats them the way they treated us. No wonder zales is going out of business.

Terrible customer service. We bought our mom a bracelet for her birthday, she went to have it fitted a little more, the workers were less than helpful, telling her if she didn't have a warranty it was $60.00 and 2 weeks to take links out. Thankful for the local jewelry store that helped. Absolutely would never buy from Zales again.
