I had a very frustrating experience at Wiseway. I arrived at 4:55PM with my two kids to purchase some electrical wire only to discover the only sell electrical wire "over the counter" which closes at 4:30PM, even though Google and other places say they close at 6PM. Two ladies coming out of "over the counter" told me to come back tomorrow, and the front desk person couldn't care less when I asked if there was anyway to buy some wire when I knew exactly what I needed. I work in Cincinnati 7AM-4PM, and Wiseway's limited hours would never allow me buy anything from them. I'm sure the showroom is nice, but for your average home owner their supply hours do not work and makes for a frustrating experience at the end of a long day. A manager or someone else should be able to help for those "after hours customers" who know exactly what they want so they do not risk losing a customer.

Was so glad that I drove from Lexington, KY to Florence to work with Jennifer Griggs!! Excellent service, she made time to work with me even though I didn't have an appointment. We remodeled 3 Full Bathrooms and she was wonderful every step of the way! Even had to return a soaker tub I wasn't happy with the size. She quickly helped me find a replacement - Ended up with the Naomi by Barclay! It is FABULOUS!!! Holds heat for over 30 minutes and is wonderful!!!! If you are looking for a soaker tub I would consider looking at this one!! I am very picky about my soaker tub!!!! Will work with Jennifer again on our next project.

We’ve used this business for remodel parts in the past and found their showroom to be great to look at and choose the installed products.This last job went well until the Moen bath faucet was found to be defective by to the plumber who was to install it. When I took the part back, the item wasn’t stocked. I was advised to contact the manufacturer myself and given the number. I called before I left the showroom and learned of a 45 minute hold time. I went to the sales person and told her that, as Moen’s distributor, she should make the exchange. She agreed to do so.After that, a dispute arose about if the faucet was, in fact, defective. The plumber had to get involved to confirm this fact. The replacement was finally ordered and has taken about a month to come in. It still isn’t installed.To my way of thinking, a distributor doesn’t just make the sale. It should service the sale by being the representative for the manufacturer, holding inventory, and dealing with issues. It seems this manufacturer/ distributor relationship doesn’t work that way.I can’t say if the root cause in this case is Moen or Wiseway. But I can say I am a pretty dissatisfied customer.

Remodeling master bath and needed 2 sink and 1 tub faucet set plus new shower. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful with selection. Showroom has a great variety of choices. He stayed on top of my order and I received it in exactly the amount of time he quoted. Competitive pricing too!

My husband and I are building our dream house. Jessica at Wiseway has been so fantastic & exceptional in her knowledge. I cannot say enough good things about her & Wiseway. I’d also like to mention the young lady who helped us the day Jessica had the well deserved day off of work. All around exceptional staff, quality products, and I felt like an extremely trustworthy company!

I stopped in Wiseway for a master bath remodel and Kristin Carr worked with me until we found the perfect shower and sink fixtures. With supplies down everywhere and a small window on my timeline I didn’t have the luxury to wait, but that didn’t stop Kristin from helping me figure out the perfect pieces for my remodel. She was able to find pieces in stock or available during my timeline that gave me just what I wanted. She was patient and helpful and I really appreciated the one on one attention she provided… even on a very busy Saturday! Thanks Kristin!

It was very Enlightening. I left the showroom feeling much wiser. Thank you folks! I'll be here all week. Seriously they have a awesome selection of home decor and lighting. A bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

Workers were NOT knowledgeable on what I needed for my temporary power structure and left in a bit of a bind and rushing to Home Depot to get what I needed and when I called and complained "manager" said he would investigate and get back to me. Lol, was just trying to keep me from complaining to the owner. Sad but true!
Update: The owner of Wiseway actually reached out to me after seeing my review and was more than apologetic about what happened and didn't know there was an issue until seeing my review and actually called and spoke to me about what happened. So with that being said I would recommend them again as anyone deserves a second chance.

Jennifer was awesome. We had no idea what kind of kitchen faucet we wanted and she helped us find the style and price we were comfortable with. Love that their products come with better interior parts then the big box stores faucets. Highly recommend Wiseway.

I could not have had a better nor more enjoyable experience spending my money and time on light fixtures than I did at Wiseway. The staff are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else if you are looking for quality products and great prices. The staff are outstanding, and I would give this a ten star rating if I could!
