I wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to!! I called about a prescription on 4-24-2024 @ approximately 11:30 -12 pm and some big mouth rude fast talking women answered my call. She was such a smart mouth that she wouldn't shut up long enough to even here why I was calling. The call needs to be pulled by upper management asap so she doesn't speak to anyone else like she did me!! I finally told her to stop talking and listen to what I was saying because she was assuming everything I was talking about a was a email I received while in fact it was a record of me picking up my prescription and April 19 2024 but I had not picked it up I was waiting for my dr to call it in. It was a concern for me but obviously not her. She needs fired!! If she is a pharmacist that's even worse. My thing is that while she spoke to me in such a horrible manner someone in the room with her had to hear her speak like that to a paying customer. She thought it was fine to speak to me that way. Without customers like me she wouldn't have a job. She needs to respect people/ walgreens customers!! This problem should be dealt with because, by the looks of the reviews. I'm quite sure that this was not the first time that this woman spoke to someone in that manner. My name is Robin Thomas and if you pull that phone call you will hear the conversation. I am so tired of hearing the words “Short Staffed”! It is time that corporate personnel put their big boy/girl pants on and get to work. Customer service sucks.

Never dealing with this pharmacy again. For my first prescription they told me my insurance didn’t cover it and charged me full price with a coupon. It wasn’t a lot so I paid it. My second prescription they did the same thing and charged me over $200. Which I did not pay. After talking to my insurance for 30 min who told me all my medications were covered and I should I only pay 10.24 I called them back. A different woman answered and miraculously seen that I only had to pay 10.24.

My prescriptions were never transferred over many months ago. The young boy was rude and not helpful and he offered me to another store. Today I call to have a refill and let them know due to my own fault I have been without the insulin for 2 days now and needed it badly. When she told me I had to call the dr first to have them call it in she then told me the script was still at CVS and never got transferred in (The 3rd time in recent months). I told her I was unhappy that the rude young boy I dealt with before hadn’t done it when he stated he would take care or it. Instead of offering to transfer that script in or apologize she immediately started to argue that she “has no incompetent people” in her pharmacy and that if I don’t like how they do things I was free to go to another store. Her first reaction was screw you and your problems and take your business and health issues else where. My reaction was “I wish I could but you’re the only 24 hour store and it’s 5 minutes from my house.” Fast forward later in the day I get 0 texts or updates like normal. I called in and the automated system said they were working on it. No online update was available either. Called in the afternoon and it said mo scripts were ready pr being worked on. Checked back online and magically it said the script was ready. That is pathetic customer service. She should be literally fired. I hope she reads this so she knows what a pathetic person she is.

I have experienced a few issues with my insurance while my insurance was active and should have gone through. This location is 24 hours though and the staff is always very polite and helpful.

I'd give this location 0 stars if it was an option, the customer service from the techs are disgusting but after speaking with their supervisor, it makes more sense as to why the techs act the way they do, they only know as much as they are shown. Being in healthcare sometimes gets a bad rep, because we allow uncompassionate people such as the individuals employed at this pharmacy to handle our healthcare needs and they have no regard for us other than a paycheck. FILL SOMEWHERE ELSE, where people can communicate at a level higher than a barn animal.

Sure we will have the pain meds your son needs for oral surgery he just had this morning on Tuesday(it’s Friday right now)! Pharmacy employees including pharmacists are rude multiple people waiting multiple hours for meds called in days ago. Even employees of other Walgreens hate this store and its staff.

I love shopping here. I'm able to get most everything I need and at a great price with all the sales and coupon offers. Usually has multiple different merchandise options that you can build Walgreens cash from. They always have a deal or sale running.
