What’s with the answering service it doesn’t go right to the pharmacy when you want to speak to the pharmacist like seriously just answer the phone

Worst Walgreens, girl at the pharmacy went to deal with something unrelated, and kept me waiting 5 minutes, could just gave me the meds then deal with that

Do they have like one pharmacist? Why does their drive thru ALWAYS take a minimum of 15 minutes no matter what. I’ve been in line for 30+ minutes and haven’t moved forward an inch. Half the time, it takes just as long to go inside. I’m about to move my pharmacy elsewhere.
