I went there today with my husband to get a new phone. I talked to customer service about a deal that they have going on and I was told the store would say the same thing but got to the store today and the gentleman that help us acted like we was a bother and told us wrong information even tho I was told different from customer service so we just left

Make sure you guys ask for all the loop holes my daughter bought after her old one got stolen and then payed for it cash with protection plan and Hannah decided not to list that info online and put bring own device don’t buy from Verizon if you guys don’t wanna be charged for stuff that didn’t happen

Don’t buy a phone from John he will swindle you! He added a $30 setup charge on my phone that he refused to setup. Now I am having an issue getting my phone setup at the store because of the hours I work. They stole $30 from me. Not to mention he deliberately told me “hey I’m a salesman” after I told him to take off the overpriced phone case and screen protector. This is bad business , as now I need to visit the store multiple times when I’m now told it could have all been done at the time of purchasing the phone. I bought my phone literally when they opened which makes matters worst.

If it was possible to give negative stars, this place would deserve it! Purchased an iPad over a month ago with case, pen, and screen protector. Get back home ( about an hour) to find out the screen protector is cracked. Drive back the next day, wait 50 min with the stupid “have to check you in” just for them to tell me they have no more screen protectors and they will ship it to me. A month later, still no protector. Go back, no manager on duty and the wait is over an hour. Had two customers behind me that heard my conversation take place and also walked out with me. Instead of at the very least, taking the 2 min to walk back and at least make sure the screen protector was in stock so I didn’t waist my time for a second time, they lost 3 customers today. I DID NOT/DO NOT feel like a valued customer, not only that, they have basically stolen $80 from me. Worst place to do business!

Love this verizon. Only Verizon location I will do my business. There was one associate that was super helpful. Her name is Mikayla... she was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, got me the best deals for my upgrade and even helped me switch over all my stuff from old phone to new phone. She was very kind and took time to show me everything I could add to my new phone, helped me with picking out the best plans. Absolutely the best customer service worker I've ever met. If you go to Verizon on mall road definitely ask for mikayla She will set you up and make sure you get the best deals and best add ons. I got Disney plus and Hulu with my plan. So awesome. Having an 8 yr old the Disney plus was a dream come true and it was all included in my plan. So very pleased with expirence I had. I literally will not work with anyone other than mikayla ever again when it comes to my cell or the service. Trust me she is an angel. I'm so bad with technology but love taking photos and my new phone even came with a pen (Samsung galaxy s23 ultra) best phone I've ever had.

First trip to the Florence Verizon and will be my last. Saleswoman was rude from the get go. There’s plenty of other Verizon’s in NKY/Cincinnati — don’t waste your time at this one.

Another wasted trip to Verizon. Needed help with my account, told had to do it online. Didn’t work, after 2 other attempts to make it right I thought I’d try the store. Absolutely a waste of time and it’s been my experience if your not buying a phone they don’t have time for you. After they set you up on a plan the bill is never what they say it’s gonna be. Just an awful experience any time I’ve been in there with few exceptions. Verizon’s signal is the only one that’ll work where I live or I’d never tolerate the overpriced plans and terrible service.

As a long time customer of Verizon, I am sorry to say that the Mall Road location is a sorry excuse for a Verizon store. My husband needed to port a number over from his previous employer to my account and get a new phone. When we walked in the store we were greeted by an employee only to give us a phone number to call because they didn't do that in store. My thing is.. why not offer this service when you have droves of employees stalking the floor walking right by you, when the only help they're being is to hold up the counters. This makes me want to switch to AT&T or help me Rhonda.. T-Mobile. Nothing grinds my gears more than to sit here with employees watching us struggle to get this done. I thought we were in a phone store.. not a lounge. Wish I could've given this a negative 5

Have stopped in this location twice before. Excellent customer service. Able to answer quick questions with correct information. Staff is always focused on customers in store.

Went here on a Saturday and it was so busy. So, I would recommend going on a weekday if I were you. Matthew was really helpful and helped make our experience better. If you need a new phone, go here, just maybe not on a Saturday.

Had a terrible experience at this store. We were quoted a 30 to 40 minute wait. It was a Saturday so we understood that it might take a little longer. A women started to help us and the first step needed to be completed on Verizon's help line. She told us to come get her when we were done. When we finished we attempted to flag her down but she was sitting helping other guests. She walked past us multiple times, going straight to the manager to ask him questions, and made eye contact with us from across the room. She never ended up coming back and disappeared the back room for 20 minutes. Because she started helping us our name was taken off the weighty list. After and hour of us sitting and waiting for her to come back/us be able to call her over the manager finally came over and asked if we had been helped. We had to add our name back to the wait list and waited another 30 minutes before we finally had to leave. The manager was not help except for putting us back on the list. Will never waste 2 1/2 hours of my life in that store again and will be going to another store.
