We switched to Verizon from spectrum hoping to get nationwide coverage. I went camping an hour south from here and the campground has WiFi. Tell me why I didn’t get any service or the fact my phone wouldn’t even connect to the free internet. We were not in a dead zone whatsoever. Also randomly being charged $800 every 3 months. I have unlimited data and hotspot, when I disconnect my home WiFi to use data my phone glitches so bad. I’ve gone through and cleared out my storage/ photos and cleared the cache. My phone still doesn’t want to work

Definitely recommend this store. We were having problems with a new iphone and Apple Watch and has helped us so much. Definitely fixing all of our problems. Tim is Also very knowledgeable and very friendly and more helpful than I honestly expected will definitely be returning here in the very near future and keeping my business with verison because of him

Upsold my mother on a "Verizon Internet Gateway" that doesn't even work in her area, despite talking about the area she lives in, and asking for her address, and had to wait 1 hour+ when returning it because they "didn't have their closers in yet and only have 3 people working"... Lady I don't care if your closers aren't here at 10am, who cares? I should not have to wait an HOUR to return a box you guys dropped the ball on!

Not happy! I went to this store and wound up upgrading my iwatch vest I got a new watch. Sales women said it is an upgrade and I told her what I needed it to do she stated that it’s an upgrade and does all of that. What a LIE! The so called up graded watch doesn’t do half of what I needed and wanted it to do. I am a truck driver so by the time I was able to go back to the store I would have to pay it off to get what I wanted and need in the first place. Now I am stuck with a watch for years and it is just about worthless to me.

So thankful for this place. Went in wondering if I was eligible for an upgrade and Tim helped me out. Thanks to him I was able to figure out the best upgrade in my price range ,a case ,and a screen protector for my new phone. When I had to grout to my car he kept an eye on my phone while it was transferring my data from my old one. Over all very helpful and very polite.

Wish I could give them a -star review. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I switched from AT&T to verizon and I regret it every single day. They lied from the beginning. I told them what I was paying at AT&T and that I wanted to stay close to that same payment. She gave me a set amount that my monthly bill would be. I asked her several times to make it clear that we both understood what it would be. I was not there alone. I had several people with me that witnessed this conversation. We all agreed to the price. It was a little higher but with all we purchased it was OK. The first few months the bill was wrong. Went in and talked to the original sales person. She said don’t worry it will work itself out and it will be the amount we agreed upon. My bill has never been right. It has always been higher than the set amount. I go back into their store and speak to the original sales person again, told her the bill was not correct, told her what we all agreed upon, and she shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry but I can’t do anything about that”. My bill keeps going up and up because they keep adding stuff to it that I had no knowledge of nor did I give them permission. (like for instance, whole house, Internet security). I have set an appointment for tomorrow to go back up there and tell them to take the crap off of my bill (for the second time,) that they keep adding to it. I cannot state loudly enough DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON. I wish I would have read these reviews before I switched my service. The reviews are bad. They lie to you and they rip you off. Going back to AT&T ASAP,

I didn't get a survey to explain my experience so I thought I'd take the time to write a review here. I've been with Verizon for 17 years and have lived all over the U.S. while I haven't always had the best experience at various Verizon stores, (including this one) I would like to say that Beau has been the most consistent and professional person there. While Verizon (the corporation) is one of the most expensive services out there, Beau ensured I got my money's worth. 10/10 would recommend seeing Beau for your wireless needs.

I went there today with my husband to get a new phone. I talked to customer service about a deal that they have going on and I was told the store would say the same thing but got to the store today and the gentleman that help us acted like we was a bother and told us wrong information even tho I was told different from customer service so we just left

Make sure you guys ask for all the loop holes my daughter bought after her old one got stolen and then payed for it cash with protection plan and Hannah decided not to list that info online and put bring own device don’t buy from Verizon if you guys don’t wanna be charged for stuff that didn’t happen
