Upsold my mother on a Verizon Internet Gateway that does not work in her area despite asking for her address and talking about where she lived. Went to return it and had to wait over an hour because "our closers aren't here and we only have 3 people"... Lady I don't care if your closers aren't here. We shouldn't have to wait an HOUR to return something YOU dropped the ball on!

Was given a phone number to call and sent on my way. Not helpful at all.
In the 21 yrs with Verizon and working in multiple states I’ve never experienced a store so unwilling to provide customer service.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff but just once I'd like to come here and not have to wait 30 minutes. Always a long wait. I usually go to Best Buy for my phones but their service has gone downhill. This is the best place to get your phones and service around.

This place sucks whoever Sydney is has no clue what she is talking about absolutely everything that she told me was wrong they made me get a whole new phone for a sims card issue and told me the phone would be here next day no it actually won’t be here for four days. You guys SUCK

I came in and two guys were sitting there talking to themselves. They checked me in and then i waited over an hour for someone to be seen. So much for my lunch break!

Awful customer service they tell u one thing but your bill is totally different. Along with telling u that u can try this for a month for free. Only to get the bill and it's $190. I have been a customer for over ten years and the service has gone down hill big time. If I was u I would record everything they say. So when u get your bill. They can't say they didn't say that.

Not sure why the other reviews are so low, but I have been in here 3 times in the last two days, and it was excellent every time… and I’m saying this as someone who doesn’t usually review places, but these guys and gals were excellent with me the last few days

As a long time customer of Verizon, I am sorry to say that the Mall Road location is a sorry excuse for a Verizon store. My husband needed to port a number over from his previous employer to my account and get a new phone. When we walked in the store we were greeted by an employee only to give us a phone number to call because they didn't do that in store. My thing is.. why not offer this service when you have droves of employees stalking the floor walking right by you, when the only help they're being is to hold up the counters. This makes me want to switch to AT&T or help me Rhonda.. T-Mobile. Nothing grinds my gears more than to sit here with employees watching us struggle to get this done. I thought we were in a phone store.. not a lounge. Wish I could've given this a negative 5
