I don’t have a problem waiting but don’t tell me it will take a couple minutes knowing that it’s going to take 30 plus to have someone speak to me. Also don’t let people skip me that dont have an appointment seeking the same services. Finally would be nicer if the workers smiled any. Monday is clearly not the day to go to this store!

I had issues with my new phone for about 2 weeks. I dealt with Apple to no avail and James kept working with me till the issue was resolved. At times I was becoming quite frustrated but he was very professional throughout. He resolved my issue and I am very grateful and pleased with his demeanor. He is a great representative and I would go back to him any time I have an issue.

Sydney and James were so extremely helpful with getting us together with our new phones! It was the fastest process we have ever experienced with getting new devices. They stayed late to make sure we got everything we needed and gave us information to guide us on the next steps to better our services. Not only were they professionally helpful, they even engaged with our kids and played with them to keep them entertained as we completed the process.
