I have an eBay business and this PO is closest to me, yet, I no longer go here. I drop packages off on Tuesday and it’s sometimes Saturday before it’s processed through Cincinnati. I can’t run my business this way. I spend a fortune on usps postage and expect more. All of the other local post offices will ship your GA packages right away. Seems as though this one throws them to the back as less important.

So I went with a three star here because I haven’t had much interaction with this location so I won’t be too harsh on the location as a whole. BUT let’s talk about the zero star service I received from one individual employee, let’s talk about Paul! I went in on Wednesday attempting to complete one simple task of submitting an application for a new passport, Paul tells me you have to have an appointment or they will happily accept walk ins on Saturday. So I check when the next appointment is on their kiosk, the next available appointment was thirty minutes from the time I was standing there. The fact that there was an upcoming appointment AND I was the only person standing in there, it didn’t make much sense to me why Paul could not help me at that moment. Either way, he wouldn’t, and I was on lunch from work so I couldn’t wait the additional time and planned to return for the happily assisted Saturday walking slot that Paul offered. The location closed at 2PM and I arrived at 12:04PM and was met once again by Paul, I say hi there, I’m back to take care of this as we discussed on Wednesday. Paul then proceeds to tell me that he can’t accept any walking after 12PM. Two things, one why would you not tell me this when you recommended walking in on Saturday, next are you really not going to assist me again over 4 minutes especially when you didn’t tell me this originally and once again I was the only customer standing in the building. So here I am still unable to complete this process. At this point I went ahead and scheduled an appointment on the kiosk, here’s to fingers crossed that I can actually get some help this go around.
Again, I offered a three star for the location because hopefully this is not how all their employees act, but Paul seems to have zero work ethic or customer service whatsoever and chooses to use any excuse to get out of doing his job, pure laziness in my opinion. Moral of the story, don’t be like Paul.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Walked in for a passport appointment and both guys working were rude as can be. Not helpful. Terrible attitude and seemed very bothered. I walked out! Will not waste my time. Fill out your passport stuff online and take it to AAA where they are happy to see you walk through the door!

This location delivers poor service. I filled out a change of address form 4 times and they still haven't processed my address change request. This is ridiculous!

Seldom need to wait in line, more than a few minutes. The counter people have always been Friendly, Courteous and Informative.

The employees here are just as bad as everyone says. I asked for a simple tracking service I used for years. Then they asked me do I want certified. I said no. I want the stated service. Then she puts the certified tracking on my mail which I didn’t ask for. The I pointed out their free tracking. And she didn’t even know ow that was an option. My reasons for going to this one will be going away in a few months and I’ll be glad when that happens.

I purchased boxes from this location and returned the next day to mail my items. Each item was only $17 in postage, but they were going to add a $40 surcharge onto each package for the “size of the box” that THEY sold me. Waste of time and money. I’ll just figure out another way to get my items to their destination that does not involve using this financially predatory and useless postal system.

This post office is so ridiculous. 2 of my packages were “returned to sender” because “addressee unknown” BUT I’VE BEEN GETTING MAIL SENT HERE FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS!!!! And it’s a Saturday so it’ll probably be sent back before I can even call them to hold it or turn it around. I had this issue last year too with my MEDICINE and told them that I live here and they’ve done it AGAIN with my medicine. Like.. why tf would I get 2 packages sent here if I didn’t live here??? Yet they have no issue delivering mail addressed to residents who HAVEN’T lived here for years? It’s ridiculous. Sick of this.
