I can see from my tracking number that my package has been sitting at the Walton KY UPS location for 2 days. I guess Dumb and Dumber are unable to put it on a truck for delivery? Or maybe it's a lazy thing? Either way, it's very pathetic.
Update: About an hour after posting a negative review, my delivery date was rescheduled 2 extra days later. It seems like when the Walton KY UPS location gets their hands on my package, they like to hold on with both hands.
Maybe it was "bring your first cousin to work day" and everyone got distracted?
I don't have these problems with deliveries from Amazon, USPS, Wal-Mart, or Fed Ex. Just the Walton KY UPS. I recently moved here from Missouri and the UPS locations were spot on. This location in Walton KY needs to be fixed. This will be a total of 4 days since my package arrived at the Walton KY location before their predicted delivery date. Like Tom Segura would say..."Are you guys Cajun?"
Update. According to the tracking number, my package was sent to Walton KY but instead of being delivered, it ended up in NJ. Then was shipped back to Walton KY for a second time. I'm hoping they can figure out how to send it out for delivery this time. It's hard to believe the average pay for a UPS worker is over 100k per year. Wow.

Place is a joke. “Lost” my daughter’s birth certificate, not once but twice now. This is the second time I had to file a claim and get a refund back. Note that I paid extra for overnight shipping twice !

Attention to anyone who uses UPS and has a package stolen here are some helpful hints. They do not ever follow up. The 1-800 line you get is in fact useless as it is a robot. You must say representative 5-7x then it'll go I'm sorry I didn't get that let me get a live representative. Awesome! Congratulations, you've made it past the easiest step of your daunting and never ending journey. From there you will get a rep who has no idea what is happening. The FIRST time you call give your side (make sure you open a claim online before you start calling and memorize your tracking number bc all of these people will ask for it). After giving your side ask for a supervisor they won't go straight to the manager because you have to defeat the supervisor first. DO NOT LET THEM OFFER A CALL BACK, DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THAT YOU CANT WAIT ON HOLD FOR A SUPER TO BE AVAILABLE. You will not be called back. This step typically takes 15-30 minutes. Go run your errands but have headphones handy. From there they will tell you that you must wait 8-10 business days for them to carry an investigation, a driver will be dispatched to check for your package they'll do this 3x and if nothing is there or you aren't there they'll leave you a door hanger or not to reach out to once again affirm you STILL don't have your stuff. Ask for a manager or to talk to the packaging facility in your area as the line you're talking to is a call center outside the country. They will tell you this is impossible; it isn't. Infact you'll be transferred there more than likely the first time you call. In theory this ought to be the only time you'd need to call. That is not the case. Stand firm and insist or ask to be transferred on a 3way call which is very much possible as the line you're on communicates with the depart you need. Once you get there you may get an obnoxious woman named Haley who will tell you that they know the driver who supposedly tried to contact you but nobody answered so your case got closed. Then they'll tell you that you shoulda contacted them ignoring the irony of how impossible it is to reach them and they'll say you should of gotten a not from the driver since they couldn't reach you. In theory you should have 3. They will ignore the fact that if you're statement is true and the driver is lying you have no means to contact them beyond this incredibly tedious and time consuming method. They'll laugh and say I know the driver and just don't think they'd lie. From their they'll tell you that they'll re open your claim and expedite it. That's all I got for you but do not let these people disconnect and do not let them give you false numbers. They allegedly cannot pull calls because if it's a call that's shifted to multiple departments they can only hear the portion of the call relevant to their dept (obviously a lie). On a plus I DID get a direct line to the Walton department after much back and forth. So far this ordeal is 6 days. Tomorrow will be a week with zero progress. If interested I'll let you know how it ends. The lady I spoke to in Walton named Haley is the one saying she knows the driver personally and doesn't think they'd lie. Which is BEYOND unprofessional and disgusting.

I didn't realize this place existed, I returned a boxed Amazon package here. I had the QR code on my phone and the package was on its original box. So I recommend boxing your return even if Amazon says you don't have to.

My package was suppose to be delivered 12/20/23 it's held up in transit. This facility is 40 miles from my house. Now isn't going to arrive until after Christmas. The sad part is it's a Santa gift for my 7yr old grandson that has a form of autism. This gift is the only thing he asked Santa for. I don't have the money to replace before Christmas, so this company needs to start explaining what it's the problem is with delivery why is packages held up in transit. Explain to me what I'm suppose to tell my grandson.UPS needs to do better then this.
