I just needed to get on here and say that one of the girls in the salon here is absolutely so rude and so judgmental. She has no respect for the people who shop and get their hair done here. Something needs to be done about this. Very unprofessional.

They lost my appt today. Had plans for this evening, spoke to India and she booked me for 4:30. I drive from Brookville Indiana and India said she put on the schedule…..now it’s gone. Certainly will not drive to Florence again!

Love Ulta been going for years. Huge selection of beauty products plus if you buy something and don't like it you can bring it back to exchange for another product. I think there is a time frame for return and exchange. I don't remember if it's 30 days or more.

This location has a lot of items, but unfortunately there is not a functionable set up. It is very hard to find items because they are so unorganized and just kind of scattered throughout the store.Will nit be returning to this location and will stick with the kne in Richmond, KY

Staff there is absolutely amazing! I came in with almost tears because I was having a reaction to some soap and my face was dry I was shedding like a lizard or something and I felt so welcomed and not alone! The girlies helped me figure out I have dry sensitive sky and picked out some stuff that helps! I feel like a bad bish again thanks to the staff

My daughter had her 8th grd dance and I made an apt for hair and makeup. Kiah was our stylist and she was AMAZING! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was nervous abt going there after reading some Ulta makeup reviews but we hit the jackpot getting Kiah as our stylist! I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks Kiah! ♥

I always go to this ulta for whatever beauty products I need, and have never left a review for really anywhere but I had a lovely interaction with a cashier named Stephanie who helped me place an order for an item that was not in stock in the store and I just had to write something here. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me out with the process and I wanted to shout her out for the kindness and patience she gave me that day. This ulta is hiring some great workers

This is for the hair salon specifically- I had an appointment booked for 3 weeks with Gina. When picking out the service I chose a “total blonde”. They called me 4 hours before my appointment and asked what my hair color was, I told them I was a dirty blonde color. They told me that the “total blonde” was actually just a root touch up or highlights. I told them I wanted to be all over blonde like the service implies and they said it would actually be a color correction… what? Then told me I had to cancel my appointment today. What a joke. I feel like this was unfair, what else what “total blonde” supposed to mean then? LOL. I won’t be rescheduling, super unprofessional

Very frustrated. I had scheduled an appt for brow lamination at Florence location for Sunday the 12th with Erica. It let me book the appt. I get a call a few days later saying that no one is in that day if I could do Saturday at 10:30, so I confirm yes that’s fine. I got a babysitter for my child & dropped him off. I show up to the brow bar at 10:15. I don’t get acknowledged at all even though I’m standing right by the girl who was supposed to do my lamination. So I have to approach her & she was not very friendly. Than I get a call from the store saying that their was a scheduling error in the system & asked if I could reschedule to 2:30? No I can’t. I got a babysitter for this specific time & I don’t live close to here. Was so upset that I didn’t even buy anything in the store like I normally would. It’s very Unprofessional. I feel like no one is nice anymore and will make things right with their customers.
