I just needed to get on here and say that one of the girls in the salon here is absolutely so rude and so judgmental. She has no respect for the people who shop and get their hair done here. Something needs to be done about this. Very unprofessional.

They lost my appt today. Had plans for this evening, spoke to India and she booked me for 4:30. I drive from Brookville Indiana and India said she put on the schedule…..now it’s gone. Certainly will not drive to Florence again!

Love Ulta been going for years. Huge selection of beauty products plus if you buy something and don't like it you can bring it back to exchange for another product. I think there is a time frame for return and exchange. I don't remember if it's 30 days or more.

I had an appt for today for cut and color with India. I drove here from Brookville for my appt and they didn't have me on the books. I asked India and she said she put it down but it was gone today and she thought i cancelled. I'm so disappointed as I have plans for the evening and really wanted my hair done. Don't think that I'll make this mistake again!

This location has a lot of items, but unfortunately there is not a functionable set up. It is very hard to find items because they are so unorganized and just kind of scattered throughout the store.Will nit be returning to this location and will stick with the kne in Richmond, KY

Staff there is absolutely amazing! I came in with almost tears because I was having a reaction to some soap and my face was dry I was shedding like a lizard or something and I felt so welcomed and not alone! The girlies helped me figure out I have dry sensitive sky and picked out some stuff that helps! I feel like a bad bish again thanks to the staff
