This hotel is modern, clean and has lots of games, pool, giant connect 4 and more in the lobby. Great place to stay with kids. Free coffee and hot chocolate too!

We popped in today just to see a room. We are staying next door in Homewood Suites. We come to the area frequently to visit our son & family. We thought we might choose the Tru next time. However, the lady at front desk informed us that she could NOT show us a room. We've already popped into 3 other hotels in the area this morning. All were very nice & more than willing to show us their hotels. They obviously would love our business in the future. We definitely won't be staying at this Tru by Hilton. Absolutely ridiculous!

The hotel was very well kept. The only problem that I had was you could hear the people in the room above. Other than that I would most definitely stay there again.

5 stars for Hannah!! I accidentally made my reservation for a Tru in another location far away and didn't realize until I was at the airport calling for the shuttle! Unfortunately for me, this location was fully booked for the weekend. Hannah went above and beyond by calling other Hilton properties to find one with availability. She even helped with my cancelation at the other property. Thank you so much to Hannah for taking the stress out of an extremely stressful situation!

This hotel have a great location, close to anything. Restaurants, shops… Very clean and quite rooms and a excellent service.Rooms: They’re very clean, quiet, good bed.Safety: Very safe location.

Great choice for an affordable hotel. Very active lobby which surprised me a bit. But it's great everything is centralized in the lobby.Breakfast was good, but you'll wait for pancakes if it's busy. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and staff are very nice; staff in particular were over-the-top helpful and pleasant.There is nothing wrong with the room, it is simply a different experience than I am used to. Given the availability of hotel "suites" I would likely choose them over "Tru". For just a night or two, "Tru" is fine.Food & drinks: A wide variety of self-serve options are available, around the clock.

Jay was amazing. She was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfy and the room was dark so my husband and I had the best mid-day nap of our lives. But we will be back because of Jay. You have an amazing woman running everything and making sure everyone's needs were

1. Check-in Upon entering, the hotel was clean, modern, and vibrantly colorful. I booked through priceline, and check-in was seamless. Employees were very courteous. We stayed for 3 nights. Also free parking with more than enough spaces.2. The Room: The tv in my room had a personal welcome message when I entered. Also, the tv had youtube, netflix, and live tv which was a huge plus considering many hotels have outdated tvs and charge more thanthis hotel. I loved that the room didn't have carpet. No odors from previous guests. The glass shower was nice and modern, just had to wipe it down a bit more before using because housekeeping missed a few spots. I never use hotel body wash because it dries out my skin but decided to try it, and I really liked it! The only down FOR ME was the bed. I thought it was too thin and firm. However, the two people I stayed with found it to be comfortable and had a great night's sleep each night. Oh and the room had a fridge. Microwave in the common area.Family Friendly Amenities- Like a lot of hotels, there was an indoor pool and a gym. Both were clean and used by the others who stayed with me. They had nothing but compliments. The lobby/ lounge sitting area was great! Breakfast was served every morning. The kids seemed to be impressed with the pancake maker. Lol. The microwave is also in this area which I thought was convenient for when my food got cold. I stayed on the first floor but people on other floors may rather have the microwave in their rooms. In the lounge area was also a game area stocked with board games, a life-sized Connect 4, and a pool table. We played pool and Trouble and had lots of fun. There is seating outside if you want to enjoy the weather or an evening around the fire pit.Revisit? I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in town. It's a no-brainer!Rooms: Clean. No carpet, no odor. Modern, glass shower. Great shower gel. Mini fridge (microwave in public lounge), clean beds. Work desk. Smart tv with youtube, netflix, live tv, and more.Nearby activities: 25 minute drive to Creation Museum. 40 minutes to Ark Encounter. Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.Safety: Felt very safe. Quiet location.Walkability: Walmart and some restaurants about 5 minute walk.Food & drinks: Free hot breakfast. Pancake maker with fun toppings available, sausage, eggs, toast and bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, apples and bananas. Free hot coffee, hot chocolate and tea available 24/7Noteworthy details: Friendly staff. Clean indoor pool and gym. Comfortable lounge with tvs like in restaurants. Outdoor seating with fire pit. The extra mile for families: Board games (about 10 of them). Life-sized Connect 4. Pool table.

Dirty bathroom. Hotel comped me.Front desk help was a ltl dramatic in speaking of some other guests.When I left in morning, no one was at the front desk.The property was interesting.Bathroom gorgeous.Loved the floors in the room.

It was very nice. Beds were comfortable and TV had extra channels. Loved the shower. Delicious breakfast. Stored our vehicle there for a week while flying out of airport. Very satisfied.
