I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

Yesterday (7/15/24) the Trac Off light went off on my 2015 Toyota Highlander while driving. There I was near Cincinnati Ohio all the way from Middle Georgia. I googled locate Toyota Service Center and Kerry’s came up. I drover over to Florence and needed to leave it over night.
My service specialist Ben drove me right over to the rental office . He contacted me the next morning at 10:30 with news that my car was ready!! Ever better news it wasn’t major and it didn’t break the bank!!

“Jose and his crew were the best! We were driving on the interstate when our car started making a weird noise. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong on our own. Everywhere else was closed due to it being Labor Day Weekend. Jose was very helpful and informative. They were very quick and communicative. Jose printed out a diagram to demonstrate exactly what they repaired and the part number that we would need to get once we reached our destination, as they could only do a temporary fix.
