“We went for my son's birthday treat bear & a giant Pikachu. We left with his bear, Pikachu, & a gray rescue cat because they had a sale! The girl, Star, who helped us was sweet, very helpful, & friendly. She talked us thru everything, as it was our first time, & she made checkout easy. It was fun! & The store was clean, all other employees were friendly, & just a nice atmosphere. A fun time thanks to a great employee, Star! Thank you!!”

“Really great collection of pinball games, mostly modern. And they pick the classic versions wisely. Vast majority are premium or even limited edition versions, which makes a big difference compared to professional editions (lower quality). Most places in Cincinnati carry lower quality professional versions. Because of this, I'd say it's the best place to play pinball in the entire Cincinnati area.It is a dollar per play on most machines, but these machines are expensive and require upkeep. Hit the ATM beforehand and prepare to use the quarter machine at the store. Just put in a $20 and that should last you an hour and a half to two hours.If I had any feedback, it would be for them to set more of their games up to work with the Stern pinball app. And for them to update their website to include all their games. There's so much for them to show off.”
