The rooms were clean and tidy. A very cozy place to rest on a long trip. The desk staff was above and beyond kind/helpful. The best place to stay in Florence.Rooms: Rooms were clean and updated. There was a full kitchen and fridge with all the dish wear to cook a full meal.Nearby activities: Here's track within walking distance of hotel.Safety: Very safe area.Walkability: Target and food all within walking distanceFood & drinks: Both are within walking distance.Noteworthy details: The staff was so kind we were worn down and tired they made us feel right at home.

So far so good. I have 1 more night to go. Check in was easy and smooth. Front desk staff was very welcoming. My Room was neat and clean and smelled fresh when I walked in. These rooms have a kitchenette which includes refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Pots, pans, plates and silverware included. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was great! Lobby was quiet and clean when I arrived. Close to food and shopping. 6 miles from the Cincinnati airport. I recommend this hotel

I’ve stayed at some of the finest hotels and resorts around the world, and the service response of the staff here was closer to the Oriental in Bangkok than any place I’ve been no matter which shift was on. Great job by the staff and the management in keeping a consistent and superior service environment.

The staff was outstanding! Spoiled us with homemade fudge and hand packed to go bags for our 5am start times for work. Exceptionally friendly front desk staff. I will stay here anytime I'm in the area.Nearby activities: In the same parking lot as Turfway Park

Poor experience for my family. While the rooms are newer/updated, and it’s in a very convenient location, we wouldn’t book there again. We had our infant child with us and when we booked online it was advertised as cribs available. When we checked in to our non-refundable room, we were told they didn’t have cribs available. Luckily there was a target right behind the hotel we could buy a pack n play at, but we simply wouldn’t have booked if we knew there were no cribs available. Waste of money on a pack N play, we would’ve brought ours with if we knew this was the case, or just booked a more kid friendly hotel.Secondly, very poor sound proofing. We could hear the room above us all evening. Every step was like a 5-10 lb weight being dropped on the floor. We didn’t sleep well at all as a result. Maybe it was just poor luck on our end, but I’ve never heard so much from above my room while at a hotel before.Location is very convenient, and the building itself is very modern, but the most important thing to us while at a hotel is getting sleep, which we got very little due to the items above.

Loved this hotel! There is a bunch of stuff within walking to enjoy. Hotel staff was great! Only complaint is the hot water not being consistent. Would recommend staying here instead of Cincinnati for the space you get!Safety: Car got broken into in Cincinnati twice while at work, vehicle was fine at this hotelWalkability: Walk to all kinds of things!Food & drinks: Target right next door as well as other restaurants

Location is amazing! The hotel is so clean. The rooms are AMAZING. There is a full mini kitchen that includes pans and cookware. A miniature refrigerator that includes freezer. An amazing personalizable closet. The bathroom is great. Plenty of lighting. Decent view from the room. Target is located right next door, so if you need something you can walk on over. Also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is super friendly. Will be staying here again if we travel to northern KY again.

The rooms are amazing and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could walk 10 minutes to my favorite things. A super Target and a casino. I messed up the room before I could take pictures. The people from Florence Kentucky are super friendly. Every time you turned around someone was offering assistance. We had a large group.

A decent hotel with comfortable rooms. However, I was on the side of the hotel facing Target. On Friday morning at 4:30 am, truck deliveries are made. They are quite noisy especially when they blow that whistle when they back up. I am normally a heavy sleeper, but this woke me up and kept me up as more than one truck was making a delivery.Also, watch your credit card balance carefully. They charge $20 per day of your stay, plus tax, at check-in for your incidentals. This is completely ridiculous. IF you have incidentals, then charge the card you obtained a check-in as they occur. I called the hotel 3 days after I checked out to ask when they intended to refund my charge card. She said they process the refund at the time of check-out, but the credit card company may take up to a week to do the refund. Meanwhile, you have to monitor to insure it happens. I've never heard of such a ridiculous practice. Is Marriott so desperate that it needs an interest free loan from me??The staff at the hotel were nice and the breakfast was good. But I've about had it with Marriott despite the fact that I'm Gold Elite. Time to look for another hotel chain.

This hotel went above and beyond all expectations I had. The room was very cozy and spacious and The outdoor seating was very comfortable. The only complaint we had leaving was we Wished we had stayed longer ❤️Rooms: So much to offer, it's like a home away from home. Nice little kitchenette and a lot ofcounterspace. Loved the bathroom and shower too.Nearby activities: We attended a Cincinnati reds game then stayed after the game. This is a great location away from the big crowds but still close enough to go to MLB or NFL.

We have stayed at this hotel some 40 nights since April by choice. The staff from the GM, Aimee, Kelly, the Ops Mgr to all the support staff are some of the most approachable, cheerful and friendiest people we have ever met in the hospitality industry.The hotel facility is well maintained and clean. We've even seen their staff picking up wind blown rubbish outdoor. The rooms are modern and spacious, the interiors are also well lit.The in room cooking facility and outdoor barbecue were handy after days of restaurant food from the numerous restaurants in Florence.Breakfast food quality is mostly to the standard of similar hotels at this level.Whilst the nightly rate is higher than some of the surrounding hotels, we enjoy our stays here even when I am a Lifetime Hilton Diamond Member.

The rooms are really spacious and very well maintained . There is cooking stove and dishes along with the basic accompaniments . The breakfast was basic with a few variations very day like frittata or different flavours of muffins . The location and accessibility are good as well . Very clean and well equipped gym with towels and water facility present within it . There is also swimming pool so quite some ways to keep the body movingFood & drinks: Some variations in eggs available through out. Also they keep playing with flavours of muffins which was pretty interesting.

The room was nice. But the staff was absolutely TOP NOTCH! So helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more!Rooms: Roomy, everything we needed literally available in the room. Fantastic!Nearby activities: Creation Museum, Ark Encounter were close enough for our day trip.Food & drinks: The hotel had a nice convenient store, but restaurants were very close. And a nice Target complete with a Starbucks was in the same parking area.Noteworthy details: The staff was so very friendly and helpful.it.made our stay!
