Was denied a return today. When I purchased these samples, I was told I could return them. Granted it was more than a year ago, but I wasn't told about the 60 day policy. $100 down the drain for products that are literally still on their shelves. I wouldn't have bought the samples if I had known about the 60 day policy. Not a good way to do business. Don't recommend.

Will post more once I get my tile picked up. My tile was not in stock. And they ordered it for the same week that was nice. Not having to wait a month is always good .Very helpful staff.

Huge thank you to Jacob for helping us pick out our tile. We wanted the white look so we could accent with color on the walls. He helped explain to us all the options. I showed him some inspiration photos, and was able to pull tiles that were almost identical! Very very happy with how our bathroom turned out!

Visited this store. It's very nice. However, their prices per sqft on tile is 2-3 times higher than current typical market prices. Maybe their price per sqft includes installation?

I did a kitchen remodel and had no issues. The tile was timely, I was able to pick it up in my suv and it was the budget I expected. That was in 2022In 2023 I went to the store with my measurements expecting the same experience. I discussed what I wanted and my budget. I was given a quote that was in my budget and nothing was mentioned about not being able to pick it up in my suv, So after a couple of weeks, I went to pick up y tile and was told it was too heavy and would need to be delivered (no mention of delivery before). So they charged me another 197.00 for the delivery. I paid that and received a call that I needed 2 more bags of grout( another 150.00). So my contractor comes to install and he says there isn't any of the wall tile I said I had.So I called and there was no wall tile ordered and the budget is now 4 times my original.Update - I received an email that said I could pick up my tile anytime. I responded, asking if Saturday was OK. The response was yes, it could be picked up any time. So I arrived on Saturday and was told my order was in Oakley. So I had to drive all the way to Oakley. This is ridiculous. I spent a full Saturday afternoon and a half tank of gas to pick up this order. I'll think twice when I get ready to do my next bayhroom.

Thank you Jeff Eastin. After visiting a big box store and getting no help Jeff took his time explaining systems to us and talking through our options. While we didn’t purchase today, we will be back. Customer service was top notch.

The best part of shopping at this store besides the amazing selection is Lynn. She guided me through the entire process from start to finish. After many “no I don’t think that will work” she never gave up, never got tired or impatient and always had a smile! It’s employee like Lynn that make a company continue to stay competitive is this new digital world. Thank you again Lynn for your knowledge, kindness and commitment to us finding our new master shower!

I would stay clear of their recommended tile specialistThis location gave me a recommendation to use Mike Fairchild “American Remodeling and Tile Specialist”I had a lot of work done by Mike Fairchild American Remodeling Tile Specialist at my residence. He does quality work but I would not recommend him as he will take payment in full and not come back and finish the work.Mike held my family and I hostage for over three months with a 10,0000 bathroom job leaving us without a bathroom and no explanation or apology.He only had some one finally come and get the shower operational after starting to initiate a lawsuit.He took my money at a premium cost and sent another guy to do substandard work and didn’t even finish the job leaving me with extra cost and hassles to finish up after taking all my money.Only low life’s take the money and don’t finish a job.For this I would stay clear if your smart.
