Let me just start by saying Ellie was the best salesperson. She did not pressure us into buying anything, she didn’t stare or watch our every move. We found our mattress and she explained how each mattress worked, how each of them were different and was just a nice person in general. It didn’t feel like we were being rushed or pressured. They also have good quality mattresses. I bought one here about 6-7 years ago. Nothing was wrong with it, just bought a different sized bed. Still in good shape! I highly recommend this store!

David was very knowledgeable and genuine. I felt as if he wanted us to make the best informed decision for ourselves, even if it meant buying somewhere else. The mattresses feel high quality and seem like a great value as well!

I ordered and received a mattress and box spring about a month ago from OMF. I visited the store to checkout the inventory in-person though I planned to order online. The employee working in the store was courteous and helpful. After ordering online, I got a confirmation email and a week or so later a call from the store to tell me when it would be delivered. The delivery workers arrived on time, were polite and efficient. They took away my old mattress as well. The best part is a comfortable, attractive new mattress I'll have for years. Great experience with Original Mattress Factory. Thanks!

I've just purchased my 3rd bed from OMF. The number one reason I choose OMF is their straightforwardness about their mattresses. Secondly, you can't beat the quality of an OMF mattress.

We have purchased mattresses from The Original Mattress Factory three times, for twin, queen and this time a king size mattress. We like very firm mattresses, and they always make exactly what we want. They really listen carefully when you tell them what you need, and then they deliver exactly what they promised. Their people are very courteous when you talk to them at their store and when they deliver the bedding. Our experience in working with The Original Mattress Factory has always been very positive. We give them the highest recommendation.

I have been trying to find a bed that I like since June!! I have an injury to my back and just couldn't find a bed with the right support. After trying a Puffy Lux and Sleep Number, I stopped into the Original Mattress Factory and was really taken care of by Christina. She was very patient with me and even helped me make a decision to go with a cheaper firmer mattress because of my injury. She even suggested that I buy a pillow topper to help relieve the pressure points keeping my cost down. I love the reinforced coils around the edges that was installed at no extra cost. When they delivered my bed, my Sleep Number was being picked up on the same day but hadn't been taken yet. The guys who delivered my new Original Mattress offered to help me take the old one apart. I didn't expect them to do this extra work but they were glad to do it. I Absolutely LOVE my new bed and will definitely recommend The Original Mattress Factory mattresses!
