I went to Children’s Place to exchange a pair of leggings and return 2 Halloween shirts. They didn’t have another pair of leggings in the right size. Alex waited on me and she was efficient, polite and went out of her way for me. I think that your company is very lucky to have such a kind and helpful person.

I went there to return an online order on 8/8/22. There were no cashiers at the register so I had to wait. When the cashier finally came to help me, she was rude and in a bad mood.I love this store but I rather go somewhere else where they’re friendly.

I stopped by to pick up an online order. The entire Florence Mall is just sad-many empty storefronts, areas are dirty and in poor repair, dark, and, honestly, not very safe feeling. This store was dark as well as crowded with merchandise that didn't even allow free movement. The staff were dressed unprofessionally and the whole place was just depressing. I got my order and left immediately even though I had planned to stay and browse.

There's a nice store that is located inside the Florence Mall that we visited last week when we were there. It has a lot of neat shirts and cheap prices I will say on kids clothing. So we definitely took a vantage of that about a good 56 shirts for my daughters and it was a good price definitely worth checking out

Manager there had her ex boyfriend take out a credit card so she could get her children clothes. However this manager maxed out the credit card with out his permission. Most of the time he wouldn't even be there with her and she would use her employee discount. Do they had a code of ethics or conduct saying you can't share your discount with other people??? If so could they go back and see she was doing this considering her discount was used on a credit card in someone elses name??
