Normally I love this location but it is understaffed, boxes everywhere (blocking aisles), trash from the restocking is everywhere, nothing is organized, you can barely fit 1 cart in an aisle because of all the boxes and random displays that are basically empty, tags for oatmeal was over tea, I tried to call and speak with management over the issues I experienced and it just hung up no one picked up and it didn’t switch to customer service when no one picked up in grocery, and Target is now using manipulative signage. (Which is an all target problem)I went to buy coffee Peet’s the sign with a red tag said $7.89. In fine print it then said if you buy 2 and even in smaller print it said $10.89 if you buy 1. Not only is that misleading they didn’t go get the tag they had me run back to get it. I have worked at other retailers and you don’t send the customer to get the tag. It’s definitely gone down hill and is a bit of a mess. Hopefully they will be better after the holidays but probably won’t go back in unless I have to, which I won’t because it’s Florence and we have everything else.

I hadn’t shopped at Target in a long time due to my experience of having poor service. Last night I visited the store and was so very pleasantly surprised by the customer service received. I needed to download the Target app to receive a discount and Kaylee was more than happy to take the time to help me through the process. She didn’t have to do this but she did and was so very patient and helpful. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back!

I ordered online and choose curbside pickup. It was fast and efficient. Soon ad I pulled into my spot and put the spot number into the app. An associate was already on the way to my car with my purchases. She was friendly and also made me provide the 4 digit number before I received it. Great way to ensure that it is the right person. She was very friendly. The curbside pickup is the way to go if you didn't have time to shop around. It also saved my man ALOT of money ? ?, so he was also pleased with the service ? ? ?

Very friendly cashier, but the store was much smaller than a normal Target. Cramped aisles and merchandise was too close together. Was not a relaxing Target shopping experience.

Good choice. Picked up a couple items. Found more. Reminded me of others. Bought them. I was shocked at Distilled Water. I get it for $1.29 back home. Double here.

They're so friendly and helpful. I love this target. Only thing I don't like is their Starbucks. It's always dirty, hardly ever open and the workers are to focused on themselves.

Clean, usually pretty organized, my only complaint is that the shoe section was kind of destroyed but it also looked like the we're renovating/reorganizing the store so I don't think it was entirely their fault.

I've always experienced great customer service at any Target location I've visited. I simply love the merchandise quality and pricing. No matter what I've purchased, I've always been satisfied with my purchases. Thank you Target!

The store manager is rude to the workers and makes them cry. I went up to a cashier who was sobbing because of the store manager. Not only that but I witnessed a cashier get humiliated by him in front of everyone then she proceeded to cry. Awful people they don’t care about their workers

Guest services couldn't bother to walk over and look at the trading cards in the shelf. Surprised to say Walmart has better service.
