I tried returning an iPad to this store and was told that the serial number on the receipt didn’t match the serial number on the device. I was honestly annoyed but, after talking with target support, I was told to go to the store I originally bought it from and work it out with them. Upon arriving to the Newport store, the employee was super helpful and assured me that the serial numbers matched. However, the manager had to get involved once the Florence store called about their refusal to return the device at their location. For context, I never told the Florence location I was heading over to the Newport store to try and return it. I eventually got my return processed without too much hassle at the Newport location. I would give the Florence store the benefit of the doubt, but they, at best, messed up scanning the barcode on the device’s packaging or, at worst, thought I was trying to scam them. I’m assuming the latter option since, with zero provocation, they called another nearby store. I have never experienced this level of unprofessional. The two employees working at the customer service desk at Florence are, at best, severely incompetent. I will never be returning to this location after this experience.

My favorite store but today was my first bad experience. The old lady at the self checkout was very nasty to my 5 year old son. He asked her for a sticker and she responded with “I’m too busy you are going to have to wait”. Then proceeded to tell him to get out of the way so a cart could get past. Another customer even looked at me in disgust with her. Maybe customer service isn’t the right place for her.

My fiance and i were profiled by security. Went in for a Starbucks and decided to walk around it was really early so I wasn't in day attire yet. But had no intention to actually shop. Anywho I go in get coffee start walking around and all of a sudden she comes walking around. ??♀️ we ignore it and keep shopping. We make it to checkout and now she is walking around the registers, then goes and stands at the door. In my head I just laughed because when we are not on vacation my fiance and I are professionals. And secondly if I did want to walk out she would not be the one to stop me! She knew exactly what she was doing because her face was so red when we walked out past her. Please stop judging/profiling people it makes you look really simple and stupid. I hope she watched us pull off in our 2023 Bronco lol

Katlyn (mgr) was not customer friendly, she did not welcome questions, upon asking about a clearance shelf she came off aggressive in my opinion!! I asked for a Mgr she stated she was it and refused to give a name or guidance to anyone higher up!!

My optician, Ben Lowery, was great as always. He is always helpful and knowledgeable in regards to frames as well as lens questions and advice. The stores inventory is consistently plentiful and always well kept and organized.

i was in here with my wife and although we are married at 16 this women decided to discriminate us and assume that we were stealing just because we're young. there were at least 3 other families asking for the tags to be taken off of their clothes and when we did she said in a discriminating voice "i need to see your receipt first" with A LOT more attitude then it sounds she was starring as we put our money in she made me pay more money then i had to because she started slamming those fat fingers of hers all over the screen, i don't even think she knew what she was pressing. she was very rude.
